Took my son in to be seen because he had been running a fever and not feeling well. His pediatrician couldn’t get him in so we went here. The nurse practitioner was great. The intake nurse apparently turned us into social services for getting our sick son medical care. If you have a sick child, I’d go elsewhere unless you want to be judged critically after a brief 10-15 minute session. (Social services checked us out. Our son is fine. All is good. He had strep throat and is on antibiotics now. Just really disappointing to be judged so harshly by a complete stranger that is supposed to be helping us.)

First of all I went to the wrong CVS so I missed my appt. The nurse that was coming back from her lunch was so kind to me and helped we reschedule an appt and said she would ask the Dr if she could work me in. The dr agreed to work me in. The NP name was Jacklyn and I’m sorry I can’t remember the nurses name. But they were both so helpful and kind, it just meant the world to me! Thank you both so much! I will definitely come back to this minute clinic!

Awful service. I came in for a covid test mind you 3 minutes late because I waited in the drive thu like they used to make you do. Just to be told to come inside, so I go inside and was told "I already called your name you'll have to reschedule" it's not like the place was packed there was only one other person so I don't understand why I could be fit in the schedule the technician was very blunt about it almost a rude tone. Do better MinuteClinic.

This place is the worst. They have twice cancelled my appointment due to computer glitches and do nothing buy tell me to reschedule. They could not care less. I would not send my dog there.

I got here before my appt time...waited for a call. Never got the call, so i went in to see of i had to sign in. I asked her was she running late as i noticed someone signing in. She said what? Strike 1...so i told her i was waiting on her to call me. She said yes im running behind and im going to see her. So i asked how long until my time? She said what again? I just walked out. Its is disrespectful to say what...its sets a tone as if you dont want to be bothered. 2nd...you could have text or called and said you were running late. My appt was at 6:10...they close at 7. Smmfh

Horrible! Diagnosed w a sinus infection but no prescription. Still have to go to the family dr to get a prescription. Why do you even see patients if you don't treat them, just to collect payment from the insurance company?

I received far better here than I have at my general practitioner's. We just moved so I am unable to be seen by a fully equipped clinic until December. I've had a cronic issue for 10 months and it has started to affect my breathing. Other doctors said it was just my allergies, take your flonase and go away. Lisa here actually listened to me and showed genuine concern that my issue has lasted this long. After extensive questions and a check up she decided on a course of action. I was given a prescription and told if that didn't work after I finished it then we would try something else. Basically, I have a plan A, B, and C with her and she asked me to come back for a follow up. No other doctor has done this for me. I did not feel rushed, which was a major plus for me. The clinic hours are very clearly stated on their website and on Google, so that's nothing to complain about. I am very pleased with this place.

I got there about 15 minutes before his scheduled lunch break (I didn't know) I was told by the nurse practitioner that he was going to lunch and would be back in 90 minutes, really? I guess going to lunch was more important than patient care. I won't be going back.
