I went to the Minute Clinic at CVS on Langsford in Lees Summit yesterday. I am getting ready for surgery and came down with a UTI. My NP was amazing. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the med I needed. She was kind, and took great care of me. I was so grateful I did not have to wait a couple of days to get into my dr then a couple more to get the RX.

I was able to get in and be seen the same day. The staff was so caring g and helpful, made me feel like I was a family member. So kind and got me meds to get me over a sinus infection. So so thankful for them!

Great care. I wish the person I saw could be my main provider. She was great

The MinuteClinic located at the CVS Langsford Road location, is off the charts great. I felt treated well, safely, and thoroughly by the doctor on location. The doctor was great at listening to my concerns and determining the best course of action to get me back to 100% good health.

We came to the appointment because my daughter had a cough and I wanted to know if it was bronchitis or pneumonia. But the nurse told us to go to emergency. She only looked at the oxygen level in the blood and said that it was low. But in emergency they said the oxygen level was normal. The doctor only listened to the lungs and said that there was no pneumonia or bronchitis. It was just a cold. If the nurse had listened to the child's lungs, we could not have gone to emergency. Now we will have to pay a considerable amount. Last time we came with another daughter to find out what kind of red spots appeared on her. But she also could not do anything. She looked for information on her phone. I think she is not a professional. I will not go there again.

The health care system these days is so confusing and difficult to maneuver. I have found this CVS Minute Clinic to be the best way to get answers to my health care questions. Thank you.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Never again will I come here, the minute clinic employees are rude and inconsiderate. Shouldn’t work in healthcare if you’re not willing to actually help patients.

Drove up to the minute clinic, got there at 6:22pm, went to sign in on kiosk, said no appointments left (no one in the waiting room or in back) I knocked on door and a nurse came out and said they take their last appointment at 6:20pm. Online it says WALK IN until 7pm. She said you have to walk in to MAKE an appointment and they can’t guarantee and even if they have no one they won’t see you past 6:20 since they close at 7 . Just needed a strep test for my daughter. Save your time and go somewhere else. Very unfriendly staff too

Worst customer service ever! Made a appointment at the location then came at my appointment time and they told me that I clicked on the wrong option even thow I called customer service and they told me what option to click on and basically told me that was my problem not there’s! These people just want to take advantage of you being sick or in my case I just needed a physical for my insurance. She even called her supervisor and she dint care either she told me that what I needed took 30 min and what I clicked on (other issue) was only a 25 min appointment for five min they couldn’t help me! Hope this goes to corporate! And they get this resolved… they need all new people there hopefully get things back to how it should be!

Made an appointment, missed work because the website stated they could take off skin tags, I come in, check in at the kiosk and as I come in the room the women working states they don’t do skin tag removals and they need it off their website. Never coming back, not to even purchase anything. I can see why this store has 2 stars.

Tried to make an appointment online the night before going in to get a strep test done and it said they had no appointments until Monday mid day. So I figured the system was down like it has been before. I walked in and was immediately told if I didn't have an appointment I wasn't going to be seen. I told them that all the other urgent cares weren't open and all I needed was a strep test. They said they are full doing sports physicals today. While there was only one person in the waiting room and 2 physicians there. One logging on the computer and the other just walking around talking to people (not minute clinic patients) guess I won't be coming back here again.

The pharmacist for the pharmacy didn't show up for work the day I came in so when I left there were about 20+ people who were still waiting for them to show up over an hour after they were supposed to have opened. My insurance information was taken but not used so I was charged for nearly $1000 because they decided not to use my information for the labs. My lab results were only given verbally by a nurse who wouldn't identify themselves and instead alarmedly asked if I had symptoms "yet" repeatedly. I had to question them at length to even figure out what the results were. They then wouldn't give me my results in a physical copy, I had to call several times over the course of 3 weeks to finally get my results. Corporate CVS Customer Support told the nurse specifically to release my results and they still didn't do it I had to call several more times. The single most horrific medical experience I've ever had.

Don’t bother doing the virtual minute clinic. They will charge you $60 even if they don’t help you. I paid that amount for them to tell me to go to the doctor. I remember the days when businesses had ethics and cared about customers.
