  Been coming here for about four years. The first time I was here, they had me sold on being a lifetime client, just based on their customer service! They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and talented! The facility is as clean as they come. Plus, they are reasonably priced! I could go on and on. This place is #1 in my book for nail salons in LSMO.

  Absolutely love coming here to get my nails and toes done. I’ve tried many different nail salons and nothing compares to the quality of Nail Spa. Always leave happy!! Very professional and clean, if there is a problem they are quick to make sure it’s fixed asap.

  Always get a good pedicure.My complaint is me and my daughter had app at 2pm.they started me about 20 min before her and yet we both got done at the same time. So I got a great pedicure and she got a rush job.I would have been happy to wait for her. Not fair for both paid $55 and she got half a pedicure.

  The young lady was a little rough, cut one of my toes, skipped a few steps during the pedicure, didn’t sanitize tools after me and had to have someone else fix a nail. When he asked did I like it I gently smile and just looked at him, he knew my toes looked bad. Will not be going back now that Linda isn’t there.

  They were very attentive and went above and beyond. Thank you. Very good nail artist I had. Stayed past closing and did not give one fuss or gripe.. was very happy to do her job, she had passion and drive. Was articulate and kind. Customer service was on point and her assistant gave me the best hot tea ever. Price was great. Thank you for making the experience a relaxing one. Will come back.

  My experiences at Nail Spa have consistently been outstanding! The staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel completely at home from the time I walked in. The nail techs are really talented and detail-oriented. The accuracy and attention to detail at every stage really astonished me, considering I prefer acrylic nails and pedicures. After talking with me about my tastes, the technician provided insightful color and design recommendations. The outcome was perfect! The degree of cleanliness upheld throughout the salon was what most impressed me. To anyone in need of nail care and pampering, I heartily suggest it. Helen is the owner she’s absolutely amazing!! 🤩

  This place is terrible. I tried asking them to take my nails off since they messed them up and he just got pissed off and turned the drill up so high it was too hot for me. I won’t be back 😭

  I got these done 2 days ago and I was cleaning and barely hit my nail and it went flying. I also showed her where I wanted them cut and she still went short. I did the math when I was there on how much it would be a what I wanted should have been 50-60 and they made me pay 70 dollars and I only had cash and when I gave him cash he was not happy and I handed over four 20 dollar bills equaling 80 dollars and he started to put it all away and say thank you and I proceeded to tell him to give me my change. Will never be going back.

  VERY RACIST ENVIRONMENT!!!! If your skin is brown you might as well not even pull up there! As soon as you walk in your looked at like your a unicorn!! They made it very obvious that I wasn’t welcomed there because of my brown skin. Side eyes and attitude from the lady at the front! Barely anybody in the salon and plenty of time to do my nails but they made me sit until they were about to close to tell me that they couldn’t do it after 3 hours waiting! I do not recommend this place for black women you are not safe here! If your Caucasian they love you and will go above and beyond.

  Can’t say enough about this salon!!! Everyone here so so sweet and welcoming and the work they do is amazing!!!! My nails stay good for 3-4 weeks and for a busy mom that means the world!! 10 out 10 would recommend!! I will not go anywhere else!!
