LEMON CARS If there were negative stars, this dealership would be getting -10. Daughter's car was stolen, so after the insurance payout, she went looking. She found what she thought was a cute little used 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer ES. Sales guy gladly took her insurance money & off she went. An hour later, engine light comes on indicating a bad transmission. She calls dealership & they tell her that she has to pay the sales tax, title/tag it and then when she has title in hand, she can come in and trade it in for another car. OMG! We drove out to the dealership and instructed our daughter to meet there. She now can't get the car started & needs a jump start. She barely gets to the lot and the SALES GUYS HAD TO COME OUT AND PUSH THE CAR BACK INTO THEIR LOT! They then tell her THEY WILL TAKE THE CAR BACK & SELL IT AT AUCTION! OMG! But they wanted her to pick a car off the lot with "store credit." There were no other cars she wanted & we now knew that none of their cars are inspected or even looked at before being sold. They don't even know if any of them are driveable or will pass safety inspections. Finally, after we threatened legal action, they relented and issued a refund to our daughter. Needless to say, our daughter felt like crime victim once again because of this dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Stay away from those unprofessional and rude salesperson I brought a car from wood Nissan of Lee summit. The car dealership told me that he has a car with a 42 000 miles in really good condition almost new. And I accepted the deal. After 3 months the car break down I almost crashed twice when I went to an auto repair car the mechanic gave me a list of problems the car has. I already spent to replace the brake because they were completely gone. I have 3000 dollars warranty that but sadly it didn't cover none of the problems. I came back with all the documents and a list of problems that the car has to car dealership so they can give me another vehicle in a better condition or cancel the deal but he gave me a 34k car even I spoke to me before I showed up with my brother in his office. He told me he was going to give me a better. When I told him I wasn't going to take the car because I can't afford it he stood, rise his voice by telling me he can not help and walked from us. I was embarrassed.

Everyone at Wood Nissan is so welcoming and helpful. I was very impressed that after I sat down, I got a text from Robert in the service department letting me know that I can text them any time during my service to check on the progress of my service. It was a great experience!

Had a great experience with a trade in at Wood Nissan. We were looking for a good deal and found one here. Bryan Coomes was extremely helpful and helped us find the right car. We started looking at new but we had a budget we were trying to reach and with TJ's help crunching Numbers we ended up jumping in a barely used vehicle 2023 Nissan Rouge LS AWD. This car only had 5,000 miles which helped save a ton below MSRP compared to one we were looking to get. Still like new. Thanks Team Wood Nissan for your help!

We recently found a used car listed on the Wood Nissan Website. We contacted the dealership directly on a car priced $9998 online. The verbal and textual agreed upon price was under $10,000. We then sold our vehicle later that night. Requested time off work later in the week in order to travel 400 miles and take delivery of car. When we woke up the next morning, they shifted the price of the vehicle by close to 40% ($13,845). Dealership acted like this is a normal practice for them by showing no concern for reputability which is very scary. They additionally note in their text conversation that they anticipate repricing the vehicle again as they have not even diagnosed it. They don't understand that is a problem... Never ever should any honest, reputable person even speak with a company that condones this inappropriate business practice. Travis is awaiting 3rd price to quote me.... I may not know if Taylor Swift will be at KC football game this weekend but as I wait...I am learning where not to buy a car in KC...super difficult since told them I would buy it... I have just been informed his name is actually 'Tyler' either way he needs to work .... Swift...ly.

When my wife left the dealership Saturday evening thinking she found herself a cute good used car to commute to work, she didn't know that less then 10 miles later she would be stranded on the side of the road with our two young children in tears, kids screaming and crying because we had already spend 5 1/2 hours at the dealer to have the car overheat wiring smoking and melting and be so scared that she got them out of the vehicle. Diagnosed wire harness with resister melted, radiator fan froze up. And one traumatizing experience for my spouse. So I trailer the car back they said we will make right and get you into something different and not cost us more. Nope they lied tried to sell us a $5000 more expensive vehicle that they couldn't even get started when we got there to look at. Seatbelt not even working, pulls to the right and had service 4wd light on. WTH never ever go here please you won't get a quality car, they lie and zero information on the vehicles up front and try to charge you more if you want things on the vehicle fixed that you thought was already a good vehicle with no hidden issues. Worst buying experience of my life and zero respect for the customers and the fact I have kids and they where okay screwing my wife over with not one but two lemons is just down right disgusting. I hope there ashamed of themselves. Both vins to keep anyone else from getting screwed over

Made an appointment for an oil change and to have the door fixed on my less than a year old truck, door just randomly won't open, was told when I got there for my appointment that they don't have anyone to look at the door, I'll have to make another appointment to get that fixed, when my oil change was done the tires weren't rotated, and the wood care package, which I have includes free oil changes, tire rotation, and wash for 2 years, have taken it here 3 times for service and none of the times did they wash it, wich is a minor problem but don't include it in a package that you sell if your not going to do it, ironically if they had washed it I wouldn't have know the tires weren't rotated as the driver side front tire had a clump of mud on it when i brought it in, and still on the same tire when i picked it up. and when I picked up the truck after the 2nd appointment it had scratches that weren't there before, then I just discovered last week that when I traded my old truck in they couldn't get the license plates off but come back in a couple days to pick them up, however they claimed to have accidentally thrown them away. Turns out they sent the truck to auction with the license plates still on it. Now I'm getting collections calls from unpaid tolls. Just called and talked to the gm/ manager about it and his response was that I must be getting scammed, (which i researches and the toll company is legit) and that he's from out of state and they never give the plates back. Apparently he owns a dealership in mo. And doesn't know mo. Law that you can transfer your tags. Long story not so short never use this dealership for sales or service. Wish I would've seen the 1 and a half star review before making my purchase. If I could give a 0 star review I would

In Nov 2021, i purchased a certified 2019 Rogue with 55,000 miles at Wood Nissan. The following summer, my ac compresser failed. I spent 1400.00 and had them repair it. 5 months later, I was stranded on the side of the road because the serpentine belt broke. I found out that they never replaced it when I had the ac repaired. They put the old belt back on and never even asked me if i wanted it changed. I was out of the tow service and another repair job. 7 months later, I went in for regular maintenance and found out that the ac compresser they replaced just 13 months ago was failing. I haven't even owned the vehicle for two years, and I've had two ac compresser failures. I was told I would have to buy another ac compresser because they are only under warranty for a year, and it had been 13 months. I expressed my concerns and frustration with the quality of service I was getting and was told sorry, there is nothing they can do for me. I have lost faith in this dealership. When my husband picked up the car, He spoke to Jack to see if he could help. Jack said he would take it up with corporate and possibly fix it at no charge, and we never heard back from him. When I try to call, the phone just rings and rings. We have yet to receive a call back.
