I can't say enough good things about this shop! We had a tricky issue with our car that was very difficult to figure out, but the guys took the extra time driving the car around to properly diagnose it and get it fixed right. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated and never tried to upsell any unnecessary work. You can tell they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. It feels great to have a local shop that can be trusted with confidence. Highly recommend!

I don’t often leave reviews, but Perfection Connection has absolutely earned it. From the moment I walked in, their team was professional, honest, and genuinely focused on helping—not just selling. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain language, and handled the repair with transparency and care.
What really stood out was the communication: I was kept informed at every stage, and they delivered exactly what they promised—on time and at a fair price. You get the sense that they take pride in their work and actually care about their customers. That’s rare.
If you’re tired of feeling like just another invoice at big shops or dealerships, give these folks a shot. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

They were very upfront with me and would call me with updates on my 91 f250. My truck had been at another shop for 3 months. This shop had it for not even a full 2 weeks and had me up and running better than ever. Great service, Great Work, True American shop.

Highly recommend Perfection Connection. If you are looking for a local automotive repair service this is the place to go. I recieve exceptional service every time I bring my vehicles in if its a repair or routine maintence! Very honest people here and there technicians make sure your car is fixed right the 1st time and within a timely manner! If I could give them six stars I would. I’ve had a lot of mechanics over the years, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anybody that has issues with their vehicle.

Was referred to perfection connection because no one could figure out my wiring problem on my 2010 ford truck. Mark understood how frustrating it was. Knowing how busy they were I figured it'd be a while but the got it done in a week. Great group of people and very kind and understanding.

Take all my vehicles here for anything I can't or won't do myself. Never had a bad experience. Owner was amazing and upfront. They ended up having to keep my wife's car a few days and the owner kept me informed daily with updates. I would highly recommend. Good people. Very professional and reliable.

I was needing some work done on my car, so I called Perfection Connection. They put me on the schedule and took care of the repairs I needed for my car. Being a single mom it’s hard to find someone you can trust to work on your car, plus they have great prices! I love to support family owned and they have the best.
