Great place to shop for pets with a wide variety of food, toys, and supplies at reasonable prices. The store is always well-organized, and it’s easy to find what you need. Horrible experience. I was asking questions about dog harnesses for my puppies, and the kid just straight up told me he had no idea. The lady I originally asked for help, pawned me off on him, and I was assuming that was because he knew about harnesses. He did not, by his own admission. Then the one item I did settle on was marked wrong, but no offer to correct the price. At this point , I left with nothing and bought my items off Amazon. No urgency to help or adjust their mistakes on pricing, so why pay the largely overpriced cost? Went to a combo of dollar tree and Amazon and got the same items for literally a fraction of the cost and I would never go to this place again.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love the self-serve dogwash! 5 washes for $40 is pretty great price with the punch card. I've recommend it to multiple friends.

I love the dog wash here! My dog sheds like crazy and bathing him at home is such a hassle. Washing him here is much faster, and since they have a station that sits up higher, it's a back saver for sure. The dryer is amazing!

Wish I could leave zero stars!!! Came to get my dog washed 15 minutes before closing and was denied, with terrible customer service... A waste of time driving all the way over here... Will NEVER come back to this location EVER!!! ZERO STARS!!!

Always great, friendly service and my only real complaint is that the dog washing price was once $25/5 punch card and is now $14 for a single wash. If the punch card is still available, it wasn't offered to me as an option. Also might suggest when there is a line some sort of time limit. Otherwise great spot.
