REAL REVIEW FROM A PURCHASER. Was looking at vehicles online, only went to dealerships based off their reviews to save me time and patience. This was the 3rd dealership that day had one more to go look at, never ended up going to the 4th place. Owner of this business wasn’t there and had the keys on him of the vehicle I was initially interested in. His wife had brought them down with in 10 minutes, if that. They let me test drive it 3 different times because I am a very cautious person. Asked the same questions in different ways to see if a different answer would come out of it. They stayed true to their words. I’m sketched out from anyone I don’t know so I appreciate the time of others because I won’t take your first word or 3rd for that matter. They made me feel safe during the entire process. Life isn’t cheap and they understood where I was coming from. Had to spend all my money (13k) due to the fact insurance companies won’t offer me full coverage. It’s been only 4 days so far having my new vehicle, no problems yet. I drive to kc quite a bit on the weekends so I have in fact driven it around. I will for sure be back to the reviews after I put 10,000 miles on it. The prices may be a little high compared to the online market place, that’s probably for the reason they ARE selling you a car that has been truly inspected and fixed for your convenience. You can go with the cheapest route and perhaps get lucky but I don’t rely on luck. Never have/will. People will try to sell you anything, why I left the first 2 dealerships I had visited that day. Pinnacle investments keeps their word and honor from my perspective. Best of luck to everyone out there looking for a vehicle…. So I have added about 400 miles on. Have had the car for a week now. Squealing like crazy. Mechanic said he thinks whoever did previous work pad slapped it. Now have to get rotors and brakes replaced on rear. Costed me 400$ as long as that’s all that’s wrong no big complaints. Have dealt with worse before.

We recently purchased a hard-to-find low mileage vehicle from John, which he and his lovely family helpfully delivered. In the last thirty miles of the long drive it experienced stalling issues. John assured he would stand behind it. After replacing the mass airflow sensor and throttle body, it was finally determined to be the fuel pump, which was also replaced. Thank you! May the good Lord bless John just as he has blessed us!

John was awesome and very professional. Didn't feel pressured at all to make a deal. Even held the car for us for an extra day while we figured out money. Doesn't finance but was by far the easiest part of buying a car for my wife.

I have got to say, one of the best car buying experiences to date. Very customer oriented and a great selection of vehicles. My luck, I stumbled on to the apex of luxury, a 1999 lincoln continental with only 49k original miles. Great deal, awesome steal, and the owner worked with me to the very end. Definitely will return in the summer to purchase an SUV!

John was so helpful. He dug out the cars we wanted to look at initially from the snow to make sure they were easily accessible. He gave honest advice and was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured or like I was being talked down to being a female. He was very easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

Pinnacle is where a handshake still means something. If you're buying your vehicle from anywhere else but here, you're wrong. John is the only truly honest car salesman around. Not only did he give us a GREAT deal, John also walked us through the titling and warranty paperwork. He explained everything thoroughly and was a man of character.
Couldnt recommend John more! Tell your friends, your family, even people who aren't your friends to buy all their vehicles from John.
