Tyler helped me with a warranty claim on flooring that had buckled. He came out to my house, submitted all of the paperwork, and organized an installer to replace the flooring. Customer service like that is rare today, and that alone has earned my business in the future.

The whole experience was great! Harley and Karina were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Patrick did an EXCELLENT job of installing flooring and did so in a timely manner. We highly recommend ProSource!!!

As a remodeler, they get a lot of my business because of how easy it is to work with them, fair pricing, and how great they treat my customers.

Melanie Reed is fantastic to work with! She found the exact LVP I currently have and for a great price. When I picked it up from the warehouse the two gentlemen that loaded it into my vehicle were very helpful and made sure the order was correct. I highly recommend Melanie - she is an expert at what she does!

I called to talk with Wendy, my account manager. Wendy does a great job, too, but she was busy on the floor with another client. Vicki Garcia offered to help me the best she could. I found out the status of my order, and she looked up an addition to my order for 3 corner shelves for showers. So easy to talk and discuss details accurately but swiftly and effectively. So after years of using this company for customers and personal use in two homes and spending 10s of thousands literally I will NEVER shop here again.They act like you are an inconvenience. I came in to pick up tile I ordered 2+ months ago and never received a call that it was in. I wanted to look at some Granite.. 5 people at desks, 2 people at the counter. Not one other customer. No one would even get up to help us. We had to take pieces up front to get prices. I understand I didn’t have an appointment and if there had been customers I would understand.This isn’t the first time I’ve felt like I was bothering them to get help.If you are a contractor or public Buy somewhere else.Horrible customer facing experience.

I bought flooring from them. Loved the flooring and the people were nice. Contractor told them how much we needed only problem we had too much and could not return the unopened boxes so we are out over $568. Plus they ordered wrong transition pieces and would not take those back either. So we are out that money also. Make sure you only order what you need.

We had a great experience at ProSource Lee’s Summit. Sarah helped us find all of our finishings for our new home. It was extremely helpful how Sarah put together our ideas and pulled out samples so we could see how they looked side by side. She gave us ideas that we would never had come up with ourselves. We appreciate her knowledge and eye for design. Many thanks.

Ordered 3 boxes of tile from ProSource that was to be delivered on Tuesday, 3/28. Had tile guy set up for 3/29. Drove to Lenexa to get it at MSI warehouse. MSi only showed 2 boxes were ordered from ProSource I don’t know who made that mistake but I was a ProSource customer not an MSI customer. Options presented to me were to order again and wait until following Tuesday or order out of Dallas and hope it would come in on Friday. They (MSi) indicated they would direct ship to Less Summit. Extremely frustrated I had to put off tile guy but they offered no apologies or other options. Called ProSource on Friday and they tracked the delivery to the Merriam office and indicated if I needed it before Monday, I would have to go get it. I again had the tile guy scheduled for 4-3 so I had to go get it. Received all three boxes, got it home and every box had between 6-9 broken tiles out of a box of 10, One box was nothing but broken pieces. Sent text and no response. My husband returned all boxes and other than the salespersons apology, they appeared to be disinterested about the whole ordeal and offered nothing to try and remedy the situation.. They took no responsibility of this total disaster. Had several projects in the works but I will be taking my business to someone who values me and my time.

We had a very good experience using ProSource for our new build. Tyler, Sarah and David where especially knowledgeable and helpful.They even came to our jobsite to offer opinions and morale support during the process. I highly recommend them and ProSource for anyone remodeling or building a new home. Superior customer service!
