Jamie store manager was amazing getting us set up in unit. explained everything thoroughly. Full of energy and always has a smile. Building is extra clean. Glad I choose this storage building!

I had to have 2 emergency surgeries and they refused to work with me. And less then a month and a half they already put my stuff up for auction. All my family has died my parents and step father, grandparents, and my daughter. Anything that my son is in a mental hospital my son who's in the middle my son was in a mental hospital had memories of them especially the stuff that belonged to my daughter that I kept for my grandson was most important it's all gone! My son who's in a mental hospital his stuff is gone! There's something really wrong with these people if they would have just worked with me it wouldn't it would have been paid up but they just didn't care I don't recommend this place whatsoever! Rent for my 10x10 has jumped every 6 months. Started around $95/month, then went to $112, then $158. At $158 I asked about the increases and they kept me at $112 for 3 more months. Then I got an email saying is was increasing to $211. I again asked why. They said because of demand. Then, in the same breath, told me they could rent me the 10x10 literally next door to mine for $105 - less than half the $211 I was being increased to because of demand. I asked, if demand is so high, why is the same unit being rented for half of what I am paying, they gave me a bunch of nonsense answers. I asked if they could change my rent to match the other unit, they said they couldn't. So, I had to cancel my current 10x10 and rent the 10x10 next door to get the $105 price, then spent several hours moving my things 10 feet to the right.
Edit: 10/11 - almost 2 months later, the unit I moved out of is still sitting empty. High demand my foot!

Clean, new, great security at multiple points of entry including main doors, elevator floor access, etc. Terrific weather covered loading dock access, and well lit interiors and exteriors.
I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

From online booking to getting the key it was a smooth process. Upon check in i couldn't find the email that confirmed my reservation, went inside we met with Jamie who was so helpful and her smiling happy personality really stuck out to me. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us to our space. She always checks on us when she sees us. The facility is very well kept. One of the best Public Sotages i have seen in this area. I really enjoyed the ease of access to this building. The loading area is a breeze, they even have hand carts to help you load your things and can't forget the elevators. I feel like my things are very secure due to multiple security features.

This is one of the cleanest Public Storages I think I have been to. Even down to the restrooms. So glad I chose to store my things here!!! Also Miss Jamie that runs the office was just amazing!!! She made the check in process sooo easy and gave us a tour and everything. Love to see her smiling face when we come and go with loads!! I was even having trouble with my app she saw me outside the gate having a hard time and came out and walked me through the entire process. She is truly and asset to this company.
