We ordered 1 ton of the rainbow river rock here, for delivery. Overall, the experience was nice. The staff we worked with were knowledgeable and very kind. They were able to deliver on the next business day, and they showed up on time with the correct rocks!
We also picked up 20 of their Variegated Big Liriope. They were nice and taken care of.
I would recommend them for rocks / plants!

Manager was one of the rudest most obnoxious people i’ve met. Don’t get in customer service role if you can’t answer questions. luckily i was able to stop the transaction and order supplies from somewhere else

Stopped and ordered some Ozark rock for a project at the house, everyone was very helpful and prompt. Pricing was less than we expected (please don't raise your prices because of this). Delivery was set up and when the weekend arrived so did the rock. The driver was able to unload directly onto the tarp I laid in the drive to minimize clean up. The rock looks fantastic and Randy's will be our stop for the next project also!

Prices are high. Not a good place to do business as a contractor. Not a very good variety of block in stock. Hit and miss with the employees. Some are over the top friendly and then others are rude as hell. I go out of my way to not do business here.

Our 2nd time ordering from Randy's and plan to go back for any future landscaping needs. The staff here are incredibly helpful, and they even delivered same day for us as an exception. Reasonable prices too!

Super helpful staff! We bought some landscaping bricks and mulch and the employee helped us the whole way (grabbed a cart, helped load brick, told us when they would get more).The brick is just what we needed, and I'm already planning to go back when we need more.

I called Randy's to get some pricing on some products. They told me that they could not give me the contractor price over the phone since I did not have an account, understandable. I drove 20 minutes to their location to fill out the paperwork and had all the necessary documentation to prove that I in fact own and operate a landscaping business. They refused to let me open a contractor account because I did not have a "BUISNESS CARD" Randy's you need to get with the times. First off business cards are obsolete, no one uses them anymore, furthermore anyone can have a business card with my company name on it. So why is this your policy. I went 10 minutes down the road to Kat Wholesales and started an account without a business card. You have lost my business and you will continue to loose other peoples business with ridiculous policies like this.

Good selection, everything was fine. Until it was loaded. Don't expect the lady driving the skid steer to care. She either doesn't know how or doesn't care. I am not sure which. Response: The vehicle was ready. I made a spot just for it. I could have put it there. Quit blaming customer's.

From a pallet of stones delivered to handpicking from their bins the staff never fails to be very helpful and courteous. They'll even help load your vehicle. Prices are really reasonable and the selection is very nice. This is my absolute go to for all hardscape needs.

We keep coming back for boulders, gravel, dirt and of course plants. Very great customer service with friendly staff. Great rates on bulk delivery in the Lees Summit area as well. We'll be back.
