I’m hoping to change our car loan away from here. They make it impossible to setup an auto pay for your account and charge a lot to pay over the phone. Just found out they reported to our credit that we didn’t pay a bill. They never called or emailed or anything. All I want is to have my car payment auto drafted so that I don’t have to call and pay 10 dollars extra to pay my bill. It’s ridiculous. Worst bank iv ever worked with and now they’ve screwed over my credit

I love this credit union. They closed the branch in Blue Springs so now I go to Lee's Summit. I was so happy that the staff from Blue Springs moved to this location. Everyone there is soooo nice and very helpful. I have banked with them for 3 years and have never had a bad experience. I have banked with other credit unions and this one is the best. And it only costs a single dollar to open an account.

In my opinion this is one of the worst banks on the face of the planet. Today is the 15th of the Month and there was an ACH at supposedly 6:30am that they posted to my account. The ACH is valid but it seem rather dubious that they posted it first thing in the morning instead of during the nightly processing as 99.99999% of banks I have personally dealt with do knowing that their depositors more then likely get paid on the 15th and will be depositing their paychecks that day. If you are considering using this bank I would not only turn around and go the other way I would sprint.

I can't express how inconvenient paying my loan has been. I am being charged outrageous fees to pay via phone or I can drive thirty minutes into a branch to pay my monthly payment, it's almost worth the gas the fees just keeping getting higher and higher. Sick of this place! Update: Some of the staff is very sweet. It's just frustrating if you don't bank with them it's a battle to pay your loan. Today I drove in so I could set up an online payment account. It seems silly to drive in just to have your account number be your username anyway, a little unnecessary. If I could do this from the comfort of my home I would say it's been the easiest option thus far.

Horrible people. After 4 years and multiple loans they are now tacking on "convenience fees" to take payments over the phone. Your options are A. pay the fee or B. go to a shared branch, in person, spend 30 minutes every month at another bank to make your loan payment. Nothing convenient about either option. Update 11/21/2016: Cool story, they have now added another $5 to their convenience fee. Scam artists. God I can't wait til this loan is paid off. Never doing business with these clowns again.
