Horrible horrible store with STUPID expensive prices, please do not donate your items here. They are FOR profit and they don't help their community. Also a horrible employee yelled at me and my fiance in the parking lot because we parked in the very back row to get out to get bottled water from our truck bed for my dog. We had previously been in the store and he came out and yelled at us "parking lot is for paying customers only" the parking lot wasn't even 1/2 full when he came out and yelled at us

I used to love this store. So organized and easy to find things. I have gone a few times in the past few months and the prices are so crazy. They are asking 15 for tiny baskets and put “vintage” on everything. I get they have to make money but I can buy things new for cheaper than they are charging. So sad.

Not a great selection of much. Seemed very dirty, and smelled horrible inside. Left quickly after doing a loop.

As soon as you walk into this place the stench of tobacco smoke hits you in the face. If you like paying $60 for a "vintage" Chiefs sweatshirt that reeks of tobacco smoke, this is your place.

Carla made this an unforgettably awesome experience! There are always so many cool items here! I found the perfect most unique pieces with her help. She even got them untangled! Topped this night off with some the BEST customer service EVER!!! Thank you to the manager for pricing one of the items I was in love with, as well! This store ROCKS!

A manager randomly approached me while I was in the checkout line and questioned the validity of the price of an item I had, told me she couldn't let me have it, took it from my arms and disappeared to the back. It was so shocking that there was minimal communication from her as to what was even happening. I still wanted to know the "actual" price of the item and purchase it but I wasn't given the opportunity.

2 stars because it’s easy to offload my junk that I’m getting rid of. As mentioned it’s expensive and may as well be called Red Racks Vintage store. I saw old chiefs jackets for almost $100 and old jerseys for a little less. I was going to buy 2 pairs of Levi’s but it was going to be $35.

Store is disgusting and dirty. Smells of urine. I would be embarrassed if I worked at a place that looked like this. Donation attendants have no customer service skills. This place is so overloaded with junk it’s a fire hazard. I’m surprised the fire marshal hasn’t shut it down.

Like paying retail prices for stuff that is not anywhere near retail value and condition? This is the place for you. Get a grip. Here's a crazy idea. On Sundays you have a group of people who leave the line at the door, before opening to shop the 0.75 clothing racks, and then pretend like the shopping cart they sat out counts as their spot in line.... You can remedy this by not bringing out the 0.75 clothes until you open up for everyone else. Bring them out right at 10am and they can leave the line to shop and the rest of us can go on about our day unencumbered.

I’ve been to 50+ thrift stores and never seen one with items priced as bad as this one. Average shirt/clothing price is somewhere around $15. Not to mention they have a “vintage” section which would be okay if they weren’t charging $30 & up for every item. You’d have better luck shopping on eBay or an online site. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Should be called "Red Racket." Everything is waaaaay overpriced. Dirty little secret about these "thrift stores": They don't actually benefit any charity. They give the charities a few bucks to use their name and then they keep most of the profits. You and the charities are being ripped off.

Obviously they've got an employee who is price gouging things like video games so no one will buy them until they snatch up all of them that are left for $0.75 come Sunday. There should be a rule against employees getting first dibs like other respectable thrift stores. If this isn't the case then they're just oblivious to the video game market, condition, and other factors that determine game prices. You can't sell a scratched up game with a water damaged case and book for as much as or more than say Vintage Stock or ebay would charge. You're doing it wrong. Get it together.
