What a nice setting for a salon. Very roomy, nicely decorated, and friendly professionals there to do their 'magic'.A good haircut at a fair price. My wife also has her hair done there and is very happy.Check 'em out!

I am very disappointed in this salon!!! I had an appointment @ 12:30 there today with Emily. I showed up for my appointment on time. One of the owners was working on a client. She told me that Emily had a family emergency. Which I understand. However, the owner told me that Emily contacted all her clients and canceled. And that I should have been notified. I wasn't. I contacted both of the owners to find out why I wasn't contacted. I also messaged them on Facebook. The owner told me to get in touch with my stylist. Which is what I did. I left a mesage. Waited like 4 hours later and called my stylist again. Left another message. Still no answer. If a client did a no show or didn't call to cancel, the stylist would be upset!!! They would probably refuse to do your hair. Then a few minutes ago the owner reached out to me. Finally!!! She told me she texted me after I left a message @ the salon. She did not message me! Then the owner told me they couldn't do my hair, because I reached out too many times to too many people! I wouldn't have had to reach out to anyone if the stylist or owner would have answered. I really need to get my hair done! I just wanted to know if the stylist was going to reschedule with me or not. And if she still planned on doing my hair or not. They are not professionals! And the owners obviously don't know how to run a salon! You don't stand up a client with no explanation. Or letting them know their appointment was canceled after you show up to get your hair done. I really wanted to get my hair done today! They act like it is my fault! Excuse me! They messed up big time! And then refusing to do my hair or reschedule my appointment! I am very disappointed and unhappy with this salon! I am a paying customer, and I tip well. I deserve respect! And to lie to a client to try and cover up their negligence! I definitely would not recommend this salon!!!!!!! Salon Nuvo is not a good place to get your hair done!!!

As someone who is very passionate about my hair, only seeking out high end stylist, flexible and all the things color products and most importantly cut, I tried this salon, more so for a great cut and if using the color I love a bonus! Scheduled with Tina, very sweet and really liked my cut, which again, I'm very picky about! I decided to go back to my original Salon for my color, root touch ups mainly, and was so disappointed that Tina does not cut only, a color has to be apart of her service, of which I have never heard of that, nor has any others I have shared with. My color specialist doesn't really like to cut, and was absolutely okay with me utilizing another stylist for cut and style. Again very disappointed, in that client service.

I have gone to the same stylist for over 25 years, so when Carrie Eaton transferred to Salon Nuvo I naturally followed. I have watched the other stylists there and they all seem to be quite friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong by seeing Carrie. Prior stylists have not taken the time to learn why my hair is different. I have a double crown, double part, double cowlick, and my hair is wavy enough that at certain lengths it looks something like a ski ramp. Carrie always has me looking great when I leave the shop!
