This place is absolutely terrible. My grandmother started using this facility a year ago, since then her pricing had gone up 3x and her overall rate went up by 50% in just a year. She was told she had a 10x10 with a garage door and side door. Come to find out she doesn’t. She paid for it for a year. The unit had two wasps nests hole in the floor that a squirrel could get through. The gate code absolutely never works. They will tell you try add # in the front but then once they finally come out and show you it’s a complete new code. You have to use the code to get out as well. Never works. Had to have someone come out and put it in. She had been told she has lights, they’re is one bulb in the other doesn’t even have one. There’s no switch to turn them on or anything to pull. Even clapped for the hell of it. I see this place has good reviews but they’ve treated my 78 year old grandmother absolutely terribly. Boarding line scanning with all the lies and false payments.
