Hannah has been the best! I have needed to make some changes between units recently due to needing more storage. She listened to my needs and worked with me to find some great solutions. I will continue to use this StorageMart because it isn’t often that you run into someone with such great customer service skills.

Would not recommend Storage Mart to anyone. Every payment made from the beginning has always resulted in an extra $20 fee not mentioned and given no reason for. This month again the storage unit amount sent to my email was for 44.00 which is what I was informed when I rented the unit that it would be and when I clicked on it to go in and pay it low and behold again it showed my balance due was $66.97. No late fees no explanation on the entire website just a $20 difference. You also do not have 24/7 access to your unit. I will be removing my belongings this month and utilizing a different facility.
