I messed up on the sizing and Charlie still fixed it for me. Her patience and understanding are outstanding and I'm so grateful. “I was very happy with the customer service I received at the FedEx Office in Independence on Noland Road. I had a special item that needed to be shipped and I had not boxed it. Reba Hodges, the store manager, saw that I was in need of help and jumped into action. She immediately got to work cutting a box to size for my oddly shaped item. She made sure that it was padded well to help prevent potential damage during shipping and taped it up so it wouldn’t come undone during transport. I wasn’t able to access the shipping label from my phone and she was very patient with me while I had my son access it from home and email it over to the store. At the end of the transaction I inadvertently left something on the counter when I left and she promptly called me to tell me I had left it. Kudos to Reba Hodges for her exemplary customer service skills.”
