Absolutely ridiculous wait times at this sonic. I waited over 10 minutes for a soda here today. I would have left, except you can’t get refunded if you order ahead on the app.

I would give no stars if I could. Very unprofessional service, I waited for over 30 minutes and never even got my order taken. I was told it was going to be a wait to place my order and then she never came back. I pulled up to the window and I was told that she couldn’t take my order and I had to go back around but by that time there were 3 other cars behind me. There were no cars in any stalls and no cars in front of me. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting and had to leave without anything.

Somebody working window told me to wait a moment for two customers and then 10 minutes later I'm still at the box. So I pull up to the window and the person working said it couldn't take my order and I'd have to go back around. I used to work here. So y'all had me waiting 10 minutes for TWO DRINKS and refused to take my order at the window even though you very much can? Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible food. They need to go out of business at this point.

Now I know why Sunday this place is DEADVery Rude !I’m from out of town and had a meeting.Not even a “Thank you “Gave my Credit card back to me and slimmed the window .No receipt .Very Rude employee!Gave my Daughter a Spicy when ask for a number 10 not Crispy chickenTater tots was coldRude as HELL !

I just went to the drive thru and ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake. There were only a few cars in front of me but when I got to the window, I sat there for 10 min before anyone opened the window and took my money and handed me the shake. It felt very light so I thought maybe just a lot of whip cream on top. But when I started drinking it I realized it's actually ice cream mixed with a lot of whipped topping. So very little ice cream in it. And I think it's supposed to be made with chocolate whipped topping and it wasn't. Very disappointed in the service and the quality of this shake.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I've tried 3 times this month to use the drive through to order a limeade and was forced to abandon the place due to nobody answering on the intercom. When they're not even busy. Not sure what management is doing in there.

Incredibly frustrated with this location. I don't usually post reviews & rarely post negative ones. However, this is the 4th bad experience we've had at this location. Can we please get better staffing at the Lakewood location? It's become normal to sit in the drive-thru lane for 20+ minutes. I've even been turned away because they are too busy to take any new orders - when there are only 3 other cars in the lot. Today, we door-dashed an order. My drive approached & explained they couldn't make the drinks because a pipe burst. Understandable. I would have like to be notified that our 4 drinks weren't an option before he arrived with the kids cheeseburger. We ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce & tomato and no ketchup or pickles. It arrived loaded with pickles & ketchup - no tomato or lettuce or cheese! The apple sauce was hot - which is odd, considering the pipes burst. And our delivery driver said the employee's wouldn't give him the time of day. It was a group of teenagers goofing around & not attending to customers. Finally annoyed enough to post.
