I have only had my rental until since late August and they have already increased my rate by 30% and they weren't gradual about it. It was already a hassle getting a unit reserved because their website doesn't work properly and the unit is not even the full five feet. So here’s some math for you all. If you would’ve kept the unit price the same or been modest about the increase, you would’ve made 100% what you’re charging me. But since you all are in the business of churning, you’ll make $0 from the unit after this month. I’m sure some other desperate person will fill it for you all no problem.

I’ve had a unit with this company over a year now, the other day I had a all issue with my door, it’s probably something I caused by pulling it up too hard, so it wouldn’t open. Spoke with the person on duty Hannah, she went above and beyond and fixed it herself, was very polite when I told her about it and all around extremely helpful. Not sure if she is the manager there, if she isn’t then she definitely needs to be.
Customer service = 5 out of 5
Helpfulness = 5 out if 5
Attitude = 10 out of 5
Honestly not sure if I’ve dealt with someone as nice as she is ever. I will definitely keep my business here just off of my interaction with her.

Poor communication from start to finish. It took six months to receive a return call, and that only happened after I filed a complaint. I had fallen behind on payments, and once I couldn’t get access to the unit, I tried numerous to get a hold of someone to try and retrieve important documents from my late mother’s estate. I was later informed that the person who purchased the unit may have discarded the items. I take responsibility for falling behind, but I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion and accountability shown throughout this process. Some humanity in handling such sensitive matters would have gone a long way.

I had such a great experience with StorageMart at 1920 NE Rice Road! Hannah and Steven were always so helpful, kind, and professional. They were quick to answer my questions and assisted right away with any billing issues. The facility itself was always clean and well maintained, which gave me peace of mind about my belongings. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of storage in the area.

Stopped in and dealt with Hannah. I had questions regarding a larger unit and insurance. She was super helpful, answered all my questions and even corrected me on the unit number I THOUGHT I had...Yes Hannah, you were right, I was not! If not for her, I'd probably still be there trying to unlock the wrong unit.
