Poor customer service at tech counter. Wouldn't allow me to take the Tile to the front to check out even though I needed to get a bag and gift card from up front. Made me go get the bag and card and then walk back to tech at the back of the store to check out. I get protecting merch, but customer service would have been walking the merch to the front where I was already going - which is what I told him I needed.

I am always so disappointed when I go to this location. The store is a mess and the shelves are bare. They never have anything I need or want. It’s a huge disappointment. Do not shop here. Target lees summit, please do better.

I'm extremely disappointed in your online order staff. They do not know basic manners. They'll push in front of you just to fill an order. I used to love going to Target to get the in person shopping experience. Now it's all about online orders. I understand not everyone is able to shop in person; online orders definitely save the shopper time and extra money that is spent on dollar spot items, etc. However, there are still people that would like to have the in store experience. If you still have brick and mortar stores, then please teach your team members basic manners. I'm sure it's not their fault since there are deadlines. That's not my problem. Maybe Brian Cornell should have a flagship store to use solely for online fulfillment orders. Food for thought.

Great Customer service is rare these days. I decided to stop here on my way home around 4pm to buy a car chargeras my phone had died. I am currently going through Chemo and sometimes forget my words. I was trying to find a charger for my phone and couldn't find the right words and the guy in electronics seems annoyed. Point to, while still kneeling putting things away, all the places in the area that has charger cords. At this point, his actions and tone made me feel unwelcomed. To add insult to injury, the lady waiting on the side to speak with him next, asked him where something was. He stopped what he a doing and TOOK her to where she needed to go. My first and last time here. You never know what a person is going through and it pays $0.00 to be kind, patient and helpful. Great Customer is what helps retain customers.

I was shocked to see what Target has on Display now in the Lees Summit, MO store. Black People Smile Display... I'm so looking forward to the Mexican People Smile Display or the Asian People Smile Display. And Target Corporate when will those be on Display? I haven't been shopping at Target since summer of this year due to their political actions that they've decided they want shoppers to see. We're there to shop not be brainwashed. This shopping time in I bought a box of rice and that's it and won't be back until Corporate gets the message they're in the grocery business not political business.

This is not a well-managed store, to put it kindly. They’re consistently out of stock on common everyday things I need, despite online showing otherwise. Their drive-up is probably the slowest in the area and I often see their employees, who typically have no sense of urgency, walking out with one or two bags at a time versus being efficient and stocking up a big cart. My orders are always just a few items, which makes waiting 10-20 minutes even more frustrating. What made me finally give this review was my experience this evening. I waited 15 minutes for my drive-up order (two bricks of cheese) and there weren’t an unusual amount of cars around me. I tried calling the store three times to see what was going on and no one ever answered. I would’ve like to have spoken to a manager about my experience but no one picks up the phone. Just another example of a company too big for its own good and a store that is disorganized, mismanaged, and the employees don’t care about their jobs or the customers.

Brook was amazing she is super sweet. I basically feel very comfortable shopping here. There is no other store like this. Friendly staff and excellent coffee. Don’t miss out on excellent service.

Great store! They have everything I need. The management is absolutely wonderful. Everytime I have an issue or question, there is always someone nearby who can help me, or can call assistance for me. The guest service workers are amazing and always so cheerful even when customers are rude! The Drive-up service does its job as best it can. Everytime I have come after work or on weekend afternoons they are packed and the wait time can be very long. However, everytime I have come in the morning or evening I have had my items in the car in less than a minute! Once the girl with my order was waiting in the parking lot for me to arrive!Additionally, their self-checkout system is one of the best I've seen. Very simple and quick.

Called over 15 times for customer service, just rings and then hangs up. Even tried different departments, could never get a person. Went inside, only 2 registers open at 12:30 on a Sunday. Self checkout line 20 people long, lots of workers through the store but they don't actually help the customers. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Never do curbside pickup here trust me. You have to wait an hour with 20 other cars with nobody bringing orders out.
