Of all the gas stations I can choose from (which is a lot), I chose this one. How do they reward my patronage? BY FORCING ME TO LISTEN TO COMMERCIALS WHILE I GET GAS. Maybe this would work in a rural environment, but there are literally 27 gas stations within 10 miles of my house. 100% the problem with companies today: punishing you for choosing them instead of rewarding you.

Won't be back to the location on Douglas in Lee's Summit until they get rid of the grating advertising pumps! Do we really need to be force-fed commercials in every quiet moment?!! Not only were they ridiculously loud but they were slightly out of sync creating an echo effect. I'll go to QT!

My son locked his keys and phone in his car. He went in and asked the assistant manager if he could use their phone to call his parents. They refused saying it is company policy. He then had to resort to asking several strangers in parking lot if he could use their phone. When I arrived I spoke with assist manager as to why they would stick to a policy that could endanger a young kid? He stated it is policy. This is a bad policy and you should be ashamed. Will never stop at this store again. QT will always allow for emergency phone calls.
