I knew Justin when he was personal trainer at the YMCA in KCK. He was always very polite, comforting and available for questions. He lived talking about his kids and his wife, and I eventually them. I even met his brother. I'm still staying in shape.

I am in my second year at Time 2 Change and have made so much progress. I started there because I really needed to regain lost strength from about 2 years of not working out. I am much stronger now, the workouts are fun and Justin is right there to keep you going. You accomplish a lot in the 45 minute workouts.

The workouts are short but tough. 45 minutes of cardio and strength training with a personal trainer and no more than 6 ladies per class. There are so many class times that I have no excuse not to make it to a class 3-4 days each week. I love that the workouts change each week, no getting bored with the same thing all the time. Justin is very knowledgeable on all the exercises and can easily sub an exercise for you if needed. It's super clean- no weird gym smells and it's a positive environment to be in.
