“Do not purchase glass from here. It is all extremely cheap and overpriced. If you do purchase glass, make sure to inspect thoroughly before taking home. The bowl for the piece was cracked on the stem. The bong itself does not function properly. Two percolators in the piece and only one works. I brought it back only a couple hours after purchasing and they couldn’t even tell me no, just sorry. I was willing to pay the difference for a liver piece from them but they denied that as well. $150 piece that functions like $60 beaker. They also did not mention that it is buy as you see it or their return policy, which does not exist.I have always liked coming to Smoke Tokz for other smoking needs, so it is sad they are not more accommodating to the people who support them.P.S. I did not use the piece, I only filled it with water and that is when I could tell the top chamber does not hold water ergo the top percolator would not function and where the bowl sits, would overflow with water.***Edit***Manager was able to help us out, told us to come by the shop the next day to exchange the piece with something of equal value. Took this offer up and am happy with the exchange.4 stars b/c while the manager was awesome and caring, the two employees we interacted with face to face did not seem to care about customer service or their product & sales.”

“This is my regular stop for cigarettes every 10 days I buy two cartons. Great prices usually great customer service, but whoever was working this morning. The big heavyset lady with the way too tiny shirts needs to work on her customer service dramatically. She got an attitude whenever she grabbed the wrong carton, and I corrected her for the right one and then once she rang me up and gave me my total I told her I had loyalty so she got an attitude about it because she had to readjust her register and drop the six dollars off my total with my loyalty and which I informed her it would be a good habit to ask for it like every other cashier in the store and she stated that it’s against policy from her general manager to ask for loyalty. I’ll change my review to a 5 ⭐️when she’s gone.
