Been coming to this store for a long time and it is always well staffed and rarely any wait. Matt is incredible, kind, and very helpful. He was able to advise me on options for the best way to print for a symposium presentation and the graphics came out great.

The workers here are not as nice as the ones from other stores. The lady worker would not print off my label like I've been able to do at literally every other UPS store I've been to. I will not return to this location.

A business with posted hours is probably supposed to be open to do that “businesses”.

Never lets me down. Love this UPS store location on woods chapel. Whether it’s emailing a file to have printed, ship a gift or make an Amazon return, it’s always fast and easy to business here. Everyone behind the counter is eager to help or answer questions or take used shipping boxes I don’t want to send to the landfill. Pride of ownership shows.

This review is pertaining to the Woods Chapel location: I’ve only visited once and I needed some paperwork notarized and sent off. The customer service was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The service was fast and the staff were knowledgeable ? I would visit again.
