There was a line of at least a dozen customers when I arrived, and I only needed to drop off a return with no receipt needed. UPS employee Tyson noticed me in line and asked if my parcel was a return with no receipt needed. When I said YES, he quickly brought the handheld scanner and received my parcel; as well, he asked if anyone else in line had a similar shipment. Tyson is a bright, courteous, young person who looks for opportunities to serve customers well.

I had such a wonderful experience at The UPS Store thanks to Tyson and Sophia! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine kindness and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. They were both attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly.
Tyson was incredibly patient and professional, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident about my shipment. Sophia’s friendly energy and attention to detail truly stood out—she made the experience feel personal and welcoming. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, but Tyson and Sophia set the standard.
Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back to this UPS Store for all my shipping and printing needs. They’ve turned what could have been an ordinary errand into such a positive and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Everyone is always super nice and efficient when I go in. Tori, especially, is amazing! She went above and beyond helping me when I shipped a package to an incorrect destination. She kept track of the situation and provided me with regular updates until the package was returned and could be redirected. It was my error; she didn’t have to provide such amazing customer service but she did. I am grateful she was in my corner and I hope her supervisors appreciate her excellence 😊

They are always friendly, even when busy. Very helpful in answering packaging questions. They packaged and mailed something fragile and of personal value for me this past fall. It was sent to Texas and got there in perfect condition. They are my go to mail service
