Store owner, I am so disappointed with the customer service at your store and the lack of follow-up from the store manager at this location. I dropped off my envelope to be mailed and I asked the young man who was working to tape and seal it and he said he would but this never happened and my passport fell out and got lost. Envelope arrived unsealed and I have been at the store 4 times since this happened and the store manager lied and said she was following up but she didn’t because customer service said no claim has been filed in 2 weeks. Why? I’m sure it fell in the track or something and it’s in the lost and found somewhere between lees summit and Lenexa but no one knows to help find it without a claim filed. Can the owners help me with this???????

Every time I walk in there is someone at the counter ready to help me out, and is super nice about it. They know what they're doing, and are quick. You really can't ask for more. I'm glad they're nearby and I hope they stick around.

The owners and employees are fantastic and very helpful. We had some bulk printing done and the experience was fantastic and prices were great! Will definitely go back to that store.

I was accosted by the two women working the front desk trying to ask questions about returning a Amazon package and options. They offered no real answers or assistance other than repeating the same thing over and over and raising their voices in front of customers. I've never been so blatantly abused verbally at a store in my life. If I treated my employees and clients like that I would be broke and on the streets. I asked my other employees that visit that location and they have had similar experiences with these two women. I would avoid going there and look at alternative options. My company is now switching to FedEx from now on.
I encourage the manager of the store to review video footage and listen to what happened and judge for themselves.

I asked for an international shipping quote/rough pre-estimate for a few glass items of a local auction house.
Lucky I did this before the auction, because if I just bought the items, expecting a fair shipping price, I would have been in an unpleasant surprise, luckily/unfortunately I already had life experiences with similar practices, so quoted before the auction would take place.
They quoted me an outrageous 2X1200 USD (+100 USD for the packing), and when I aksed for a breakdown of the price, instead of explaining the price, they just lowered the price to 4X250 USD (4 boxes, 250 each)
I know they just use USPS as the real courier, (as most pack&ship services in the USA), so what they basically do is they just hand the boxes over to USPS who do the real shipping, (after safely packing them).
Unfortunately Im familiar with USPS prices (prices can be calculated on USPS website), and they would charge around 150USD for a box with the weights in question (for their optimal, non-premium service). I also know that my items would have fit into maximum two boxes, but probably even into just one.
Eventually I skipped the aucton, and forfeited the auction house who recommended them as well.
