Hands down the best post office I have ever worked with. Short lines, and even friendly and helpful employees! We recently went to submit our passport papers and get our pictures, and Krystal was so helpful! She caught silly errors we made, and made it a fast, easy, and painless process!

Poor service. Went in to get stamps only 1 person working up front. Manger was asking if could help with anything but money transactions everyone in line he could not help. Line kept growing. Told me I could use kiosk went to use but guess what it was not working😡🤦♀️. Stood in line for over 20 minutes for stamps. At one point they asked for help up front and took 10-15 to get an additional worker up front.

Although the website says walk ins welcome for passports, this is not the case and they will rudely let you know that.

Awful and horrible experience trying to get 3 kids passports done. Staff is EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, non-helpful and unprofessional.
Do NOT go to this location for passports…. Really wish I would have read the MANY negative reviews before I wasted time and pulled 3 kids out of school only to still not have passports.

My family was able to get our passports during walk-in hours. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made the passport process quick and easy.

Just watched a YouTube video and clearly the managers and supervisors and workers are racist short tempered ignorant workers why are people who are this rude to any random person filming. The community as a whole must be filled with rude disgusting people that's why the police supervisors are disgusting in the same nature. Change the workers and make it a better place. Horrible experience from anyone watching or walking into or seeing the business how rude to treat anyone that way.

Stopped scanning acceptance on packages dropped off for a number of days. This creates the illusion in tracking that you have not dropped items off for shipment. Post Office expressed little concern, said it happens.

Made an appointment to get my daughter’s passport photo. When I showed up they said all appointments were cancelled. Barely even an apology given. I was never notified and wasted valuable PTO
