Worst Walgreens ever . Pharmacist is hardly ever on duty so they are closed at random times. When will corporate get involved as this is a pharmaceutical concern? They are withholding the prescriptions from customers who really need it with these actions.I’ve been waiting 5 days to pick up a prescription. I am over it!

the absolute worst place to have your prescription filled besides them being incredibly delayed the Pharmacy staff is very aggressive and confrontational with customers. I personally watched the pharmacist make a lady wait over 45 minutes in the Drive-through because she didn’t like her tone. The customer requested the pharmacist's name, and the pharmacist removed her name tag. This Pharmacy constantly runs prescriptions through Insurance incorrectly, which results in the insurance denying coverage. I have been waiting over three months for a refund

Came at 8:50 pm and they pharmacy is closed due to no staff. Won't be getting my prescription tonight.Update.pharmacy hours today open til 6. 430 and they are closed. Never using them again.

They need to replace the employees in the pharmacy as well as the Pharmacist. They make up there own schedule and close whenever they want. Thy had me on hold for three hours and told me to pick it up today just to find out They are closed with no notice nor did they tell me on the phone. This location is now a joke and a waste of your time. Maybe when they get sued because someone dies from not being able to get there meds due to other locations being out of stock and this location closes so the can have a circle jerk I bet they wise up and replace they whole staff.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!WRONG RX AFTER GOING THROUGH A PROCESS OF HOURS TO GET (THE OFFENSE OF TAMPERING WITH A PRESCRIPTION DRUG ORDER IS A CLASS A FELONY.)FALSE INFORMATION! TELL YOU YOUR RX’S ARE READY, AND NOT READY AFTER WAITING FOREVER IN LINE! NO PROFESSIONALISM! If I could give this place a 0 I would. I have been going here for over 25 yrs. This place has become outrageous, and ridiculous these last couple years. I always call, and wait over 3 hours to talk to someone sometimes, and then I have gotten hung up on after waiting all 3 hours. Iv even showed up in person waited 40 mins inside, and also drive through, and have been handed the wrong medication several different occasions, and I don’t realize until I get all the way home, and then have to turn around wait another 60 mins to find out they didn’t even have my medication in store in the first place they also like to blame the automated text messages. I said why would they send me text months after months, after I have asked several times not alert me until my medication is ready. I completely stopped taking my birth control for my endometriosis, due to Walgreens messing it up monthly, and I was over it, and getting the wrong thing monthly. I am not kidding when I say the Dr I work for asked if I was ok, he could tell I have been off. I have been out of my ADHD medication for over a month now. The pharmacist I’m not sure of her name, she has an accent, does not care about her job, or patients needs. I’m sorry you are short staffed, that is not my fault. We are short staffed at work too, I would never take it out on my patients. I tried being nice, and telling her I understood the medical field, Iv been a dental assistant since 2012, she said she didn’t believe me (until I showed up in my scrubs, because she hung up on me on the phone, after waiting so long to talk to someone, not to mention it was after a 12 hr shift), but I would never not take care of my patients needs, or make them feel that they are wrong for needing something that is my job to do. I’m sorry you continuously can’t get your manufactures to send my prescriptions, but again, how is that my fault??…. I’m also sorry, I need medication like most people in the world. Would you like my DR to call, and talk to you on why I need my medication, so that you are not as rude, and snarky towards me, when waiting over a month for it. Now like anyone I’m getting frustrated, because you tell me first come first serve like my medication is candy or something. I don’t understand why they can’t tell me when they have it in? They want you to call, or show up, and get even more upset just to still not have it even in store. Never used to be that way, they used to be so friendly, and on top of everything! If my DR is recommending me to take an RX, I just like to follow instructions. I have tried talking to customer service, the pharmacist, pharmacist assistants, and mangers of the actual Walgreens store, and online. They always say they will try to get it fixed, but never do. Like I said this has been going on for a couple years now. I over heard 2 other customers in front of me also talking to the manager, had pretty similar stories. Today since I waited over 2 hours on the phone, with no one answering, I showed up in the drive through, the lady said my RX was finally in, and be ready by 2:00p.m 1/6/24, and I got a call 30 mins later from the rude snarky pharmacist saying it still wasn’t in, and she had given me false information!! Please go listen to phone call if a regional manager, or corporate is reading this at 1:35 p.m 1/6/24 Walgreens off Todd George and Langsford Rd Lee’s Summit MO 64063, you can also see the surveillance of me in the drive through prior to phone call. Unbelievable I typically don’t write reviews, but this is absolutely insane, and not helping any of my medical conditions. It’s taken me years to actually write a review for here, because of the great customer service they used to have. After today, I figured other people should be warned not to come here for medication.

Unfortunately they don't answer their phones ever at the pharmacy. Would not surprise me if they have the volume turned down. Will have to go up there and take time off work because they don't answer their phones. This has happened more than a few times for multiple months in a row now.

Unbelievably rude. I’m literally speechless at how I was just treated on the phone. I put a photo order in yesterday that was supposed to be ready last night. Went to pick it up today and they have no record of the order, even when I showed them my confirmation. So I resent the order and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. They told me I couldn’t get it until the morning. It’s 3 pictures… I understand being busy, but it’s a whole other level to speak that way to a customer and then HANG UP ON THEM?!

The pharmacy is ALWAYS changing their hours and never answers the phone and ALWAYS over a 15 minutes wait in the drive though. Their automated system also does not update to what they say in the store. They are never friendly and move like molasses.

I've had the hardest time trying to get one of my prescriptions filled for over a week now. They will never answer the phone and the website shows that my prescription hasn't even been processed yet and I requested over a week ago. Not to mention that when I do go to pick one up, I wait over a half hour. I will be switching pharmacies because of these reasons.

Go ANYWHERE else for your vaccines. This pharmacy will make you sit and wait a half hour just to check in. genuinely anywhere else can admin vaccines more efficiently than this. check the health dept lol

I waited in the pharmacy drive through for almost half an hour and when I finally got up to the window, they told me that the pharmacist was leaving and I couldn't get my medication. I offered to pay right there on the app so they could just hand my medication to me and they still declined. the app, the website, the phone call, the voice mail, the email, and the text message said the pharmacy was open until 10p and it was only 7:10p when I began my fruitless drive home. If this was intended, they should update their everything to reflect this. also, I had a nosebleed during my drive home and I'm pretty sure that's unrelated but I'm also convinced it wouldn't have happened if I had stayed home instead of going to this store.

Losing my business! Pharmacy has little staff. Tried calling about a refill for 2 days could not get through. Went to the store and the pharmacy is closed inside with a line around the building 2 lanes deep. Talked to a manager who said they had a bunch of staff walk out and quit. Bad company when they know this is coming and do nothing about it or to take care of all of the inconvenience and hardship they are putting on their soon to be former customers. No customer service or concern for them. Sad!

I would like to congratulate this location on finding a new way to irritate me every time I go these days.Here are some highlights:From their system crashing and “they can’t do anything” right as I came in for a flu shot.Claiming they called me to cancel my rescheduled appointment for a week later. “No staff.” They called but left no message and I even got a reminder email not a cancellation email right after they called and left no message.Waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me inside even after pressing that stupid button for help at the photo desk multiple times.Being told my prescription would be ready at a certain time, and it wasn’t. I would have to come back the next day.Being closed from a lightening strike for longer than they said they would be.Being forced to wait in the drive through line for over 30 minutes more than once.And this was all in the last few months on separate trips. This place used to be good. It is not now.

I will receive text & email confirmation on an RX being ready, but the pharmacy either not even seeing an order or finding an excuse for why it is pending. After leaving, I'll often recieve a text informing me it is ready. I've been told my Dr canceled my refills for no aspen reason. He has confirmed he did not. I feel the pharmacy staff are under-trained; , and often, unpleasant. It also takes approximately 1hr+ to reach any pharmacy staff. I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

Absolutely pathetic. I was told my pain meds would be ready 3 different times over a 2 day period and they were never ready. The staff genuinely doesn't care one way or another. The store manager Derrick had the nerve to say I'm not the only customer. This wouldn't be an issue if they would have told me it would take 2-3 days to fill. They lied and don't care. The amount of pain I'm in is crippling. I also called corporate and they aren't able to do anything. Just send a message to the pharmacist in charge. Find another pharmacy. It would be better that the staff was let go and pharmacy closed so you don't have to deal with their lies, and the frustration they put you through.
