I had a poor experience trying to print photos today. The young gentleman in the photo area was not kind or helpful. He did not greet me. I told him that I did not know how to print the photos and he walked away. He dropped the cord used for connecting my phone and let it swing and did not pick it back up. I asked him for some help again, and he treated me like I should know what to do. I ended up not going through with the process and transaction because of his apathy. I love Walgreens, but this was disappointing. A smile, a greeting, a “how are you today?”, and a helpful, positive attitude go a LONG way!

Staff at the store are extremely friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. This is one of the only locations in Lee’s Summit I will go to. Photo service is also exceptional and they are ready way before the time scheduled. Thanks for the great customer service!!

This Walgreens was the best I have been to. I had a mess up with my picture order and a gentleman named Kolby helped me out and was able to get it all figured out. My pictures ended up looking amazing and thanks to Kolby I was able to receive what I intended to pay for! Props to Kolby and thank you to the Walgreens staff!

I use to drive through a lot for prescriptions, but every time I go into the store to pick up my prescription and shop around, I’m always pleasantly surprised by the amazing staff. Kudos to y’all for just still having some heart Hometown feeling I really appreciate just the welcoming, loving, caring staff that you guys have. Thank you again so much!!!! Literally won’t be returning or giving this location any of my business. I go in here in early morning usually 9-10a when most people are at work to deposit my tips I’ve made on weekends as a server to my chime card and literally every time this lady in her late 40s early 50s guessing a manager catches a attitude about my cash. Today it was I don’t have time to count this. Excuse me? It’s separated from large to small for your counting convenience first off second I came in and you was standing chatting with customers like it was coffee time so? She tells me next time take it to a bank and get large bills. Mam if I had a bank would I be in here dealing with you? NO. I’d probably have a more pleasant experience if so. I’ve never had this issue at the Langsford location or any cvs so someone really should talk to this lady about her way of interacting and approach on people. This has been my 3rd time dealing with her snob attitude about my cash. I’m helping her out idk what her issue is. Going forward I’ll go elsewhere where I’m treated like a person not like an inconvenience on her damn coffee time. Excuse for making you work lady

Came in here after losing my inhaler st St.Lukes, the pharmacy got my prescription transfered over quickly and saved me from a trip to the hospital for an asthma attack. Great people!

Horrific on hold for an hour for pharmacy drive there live 5 minutes away the pharmacy is not busy they just didn't pick up my call I have the video and my call logYou guys need to get fired!!!!!!!!!

It’s clean and well lit. Everything looked to be in stock, no noticeable holes on the shelves. Staff was attentive and helpful. The cashier made sure to hand me all of my printed coupons. Will return.

I have a prescription for a three month supply every three months, for a year. Other pharmacies, including CVS, have never had an issue filling this. I don’t understand why this Walgreens location doesn’t have what they’re customers need in stock…ever! If someone has a prescription for a year and it’s to fill three months at a time, I should not be told every three months you don’t have it in stock or you can only do a partial fill. Also, the pharmacist seems annoyed when you ask him a question. And he could care less that a partial refill is inconvenient for you. I’m only using Walgreens because it’s the preferred pharmacy through my employer. Trying to give them a chance, but I’m disappointed so far.

Disappointed in the pharmacy customer service. I had an appointment for a flu shot at 12:15. They said they would bring out the paperwork shortly. At 12:38 I went back to the counter to ask about how much longer it would be because I needed to go back to work and mentioned I didn't realize it would take so long to get this done. They handed me my paperwork and the woman was very nice and said she would check with the pharmacist. I could hear the pharmacist in the back sarcastically mocking me about mentioning my appointment time and that they were running behind. I've seen reviews about a rude pharmacist here before. I was hoping a different one would be in today, but not so lucky. I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because I work in Healthcare and I run behind and get frustrated with patients, but I'm never rude to them. Ended up leaving because I felt uncomfortable and he came to the window to tell me that if I couldn't wait 15 minutes after my shot I should leave. He did not say this nicely or apologize. Very unimpressed.

I waited on told for just over 10 minutes and got hung up on. I called back, waited for 8 minutes, got hung up on. I called a third time. I waited on hold for almost 20 minutes. A pharmacist answered and was extremely rude. I was trying to explain that my Walgreens on Langfords road did not give me a prescription at my last pickup and I didn't realize it until today when I looked through my entire bag of prescriptions to see it wasn't in there. When I called my Walgreens, they said they were out of stock and I would have to call the Walgreens on ward road for a refill today. The women cut me off mid sentence and said "I'm very busy, get to the point." I'm honestly completely disgusted that she would speak to me that way. I finished speaking and she said we're busy so it was be a few hours, and then hung up. Horrible customer service. This woman should not be answering the phone.

Store hours say they are open at 8am Monday through Friday however when you show up at 8:13 on Friday the doors are still locked and no one is answering the phone. I guess no one works there anymore. ?
