If you want a $16 mediocre hamburger and a $5+ beer in an average atmosphere. It’s the place for you.

My sister in law made a reservation for our family and when she got there she said she felt very uncomfortable by the vibes from the guy who was seating us and from the manager talking to him when we was already seated. The food was great, our server Danielle with the red hair was so very helpful. We had to wait for the rest of our family members to arrive and and it felt so weird that the manager and other dude was looking at us and talking about us. That's rude if you ask me and unprofessional to do it in front of us making us feel like we wasn't wanted but was already there. That's the vibe our whole family felt. So we know we wasn't tripping because I felt it myself as well. I understand that you have a new rule to seat everyone together at once, but sometimes it doesn't work like that and some of them live in different areas and it takes longer to get there. All I have to say is, if your going to talk about the customers do it where your not staring at us making us feel like we shouldn't of been there to get served because the party was to big for you and others weren't there on time. When i arrived i was told the table reserved for us was not our table but it was. We didn't rush or complain at all. The vibe was off and everyone agreed. Please give Danielle a raise because without her we all probably would of left and our New Year wouldn't of been so happy.

$25 piece of salmon courtesy of the manager Jason ? . Second time I ordered the salmon here. The taste is decent but the first time we ate here was dine in and it was sizeable to any other salmon I've purchased at any restaurant anywhere. This order was to go.(which I think is the difference). When I got it and opened the box it looked like about half the size or any piece of salmon I've received from any restaurant) I took it back to question it & the manager Jason came out not very friendly at all (as I was being polite thinking it must be a mistake) and he clearly told me it has a weight of 7oz & he can take it off my bill & throw it in the trash if I like..Which I was taken aback by his utter rudeness & as this was my only dinner for the night I said ummm no I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a mistake as it looked awfully small for $25 worth of salmon and he said there's no mistake, its 7oz & left it at that. No apology, no care or concern, just pure annoyance & rudeness. Won't be dining here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The beast working behind the bar didn't move. 2 feet left to right I waited 15 minutes. Did not get a menu. Did not get a drink. Did not get a water. I will not be back the worst service I've ever seen in a casino higher. Some ambitious people look at their body as you can tell her that ambitious.

Stopped in for some appetizers and drinks. Ordered chicken nachos and the Philly cheese steak potato (entree) - the nachos were not good. We've had them before but they have since changed the beer cheese and it had a gritty texture that was not appetizing. We asked the waitress about this and she went to ask the cook, who said he "wasn't sure" if they'd changed the cheese or not. She was very nice and offered to have a new plate made, but we opted not to. The Philly cheese steak potato was delicious!! A huge spud that we split served with a side of asparagus was very filling. It was a busy night, and we enjoyed our experience except for those gritty nachos!! The waitress was nice and didn't charge us for them. I'd go back!

8/29/23 arrived before 6pm. There were several groups behind us once again we had to wait for the host to notice people needing to be seated - after about 10 min. we were seated order was taken after about 40 min noticed the 3 groups seated after us were all getting served their meals when we finally got our waitresses attention her excuse was that another waitress had taken our order for her table ( really lame) also noticed while waiting 4 other groups were standing - waiting to be seated and eventually left since no one was there to seat them even though there were plenty of tables also that the manager was too busy talking to someone at the bar to even bother seating them seemed that she could care less about what is happening under her watch.Food is never seasoned the same- no consistency to the meal) this is not the first time we have witnessed this . if for the fact that the VIP upstairs is not open on mondays and tuesdays (which is also a slap in the face to those who it should be open for) would not even bother to eat there - HONESTLY ALL THEIR RESTERAUNTS AND VIP LOUNGE COULD TAKE A LESSON FROM HOLLYWOOD !!!!!

I'm sorry this place has fallen apart. I was a little disappointed several months go. Wowza now, just off the cliff now.Pizza was very cool and raw in the center. Center we could not eat. It was a works pizza, hard to cook. But still, way way off being able to eat. We just ate outside pieces. Also served on a fiber paddle like coaster. No pizza stand, no metal pan, so the overlapping edges of the pizza laid on our table. Kinda yucky.Ceaser salad was ranch dressing. They had no ceaser dressing.Pay a lot, for not worth it food.Waitress was great.Robot got lost, stopped at wrong table with our food. Robot got lost a second time also. As I was paying bill, they had a young man following it, to a third table.Atmosphere, nothing special.Had plans to go 1904 steakhouse for our anniversary, but I think I not going to take the chance over there. I don't want a ruined meal. Now floor people in gambling hall are great people. Sorry, but food ain't nothing special at all.Parking: Easy and plentyWheelchair accessibility: Whole place wheelchair friendly.

Incredibly long wait time for simple appetizers. The majority of people who were sat after us were served there, longer to cook, before us. The “clean” tables were very dirty, dusty, and covered in clear and colored stains. The food quality is very lacking too. For example the Medium burger I ordered was cooked Well-done, and the shrimps I ordered were not deveined and still had the tails on. And to top it off, there was a hair in the chili sauce that came with it

It's very important to select the right person with the right attitude to work the front of the house. The guy at the Host Stand set a negative tone for our dinning experience. He provided services to us that came across very unprofessional and if I decide to dine at your establishment again and see him near the Hostess Station I will not patronize the Business.

These reviews are mind blowing. This place is amazing. Food amazing. Service always get a smile. My advice go you're self. No justice in the reviews here.

I ordered fish and chips. My husband ordered chilli. After the food had been delivered, I stopped the server and asked for tartar sauce. She left and returned to tell me they had no tartar sauce. I then asked for mayonnaise. She left, then returned to a buffet near us and pulled out a nearly empty bottle of mayonnaise that was not cold. I asked if that buffet was refrigerated. She told me it was not. I said I couldn't believe they were not refrigerating their mayonnaise. My husband asked for crackers for his chilli. She left again and returned to tell him they had no crackers. She also showed me that the mayonnaise bottle said it need not be refrigerated. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration recommends you put perishable items, including mayo, in the fridge right away. I don't know anyone who wants to eat warm mayonnaise. Shouldn't the manager have told the wait staff at the beginning of a shift that they had no mayonnaise and no crackers so customers could take that into account when ordering? Couldn't someone have run over to one of the other restaurants to see if they had the missing items? Couldn't someone have run to the store earlier and picked up some crackers and tartar sauce? I don't recommend eating anything that uses mayo at this restaurant . She put the bottle of mayonnaise back into the warm buffet drawer. The menu said the fish and chips entre came with fries, tartar sauce, and coleslaw. There were maybe two tablespoons of coleslaw and I was afraid to eat that for fear it might have been made with warm mayonnaise. It was a bad experience.
