I thought I was getting pizza at my volunteer project but I misunderstood. Since I had my mouth set for pizza I appeased myself with the two fer deal at Casey's. Thank you for that.
Parking: It's ten steps from the door. So convenient.

Ordered pizza online. Card was charged twice including the tip. I never received the pizza. Called store and was told to come in and show management my account was charged twice for the same amount. Frustrated I went to the store. Showed what was charged on my account and then was told since they were pending charges there was nothing they could do. After all this they expected me to pay a third time. I have to go get a bank statement in order to prove I paid twice. Extremely poor management and extremely poor service.

Editing to reply to their comment. They did post a sign on the door I knew what time they were closing. I was saying we were there before they closed. BEFORE 1am and they stared at us threw the door while it was locked.I’d give zero if I could. Poor customer service every time I go here. Today showed up BEFORE their new closing time and they had lights shut off and just stared through the window.
