“The scents at this shop are absolutely phenomenal and intoxicating, making it a must-visit at the Texas Ren Fest. However, during my visit, I waited about 10 minutes before receiving assistance. Three of the four workers were actively helping other customers, but the fourth seemed disengaged. They were sitting and discussing their dislike for change and appeared slightly bothered when asked to hand over oils. Even after I announced my interest in buying 4 dram bottles, the fourth continued to ignore me. Despite this, the unique and captivating scents will definitely bring me back.”

“I had my eye on something that was outside but a guy who I thought worked there told me I had to go inside and pay for a bag first. So I put the item down. They have great deals but they don't provide and boxes or nothing to keep breakable from getting broken. They want you to put them in a bag too. So I didn't get much glass ware for that reason. Very dirty merch also. I'm still cleaning things I got there. They also question why you are there and what are you looking for even after I got the biggest bag to pay for $20 and began my shopping. They stared and people followed us around to see what we were saying and looking at. Very strange.”
