We are on an every two week delivery schedule. AmeriGas has repeatedly missed our delivery day with zero communication. It is put off until our next scheduled delivery date. We have run out of propane for our forklift on numerous occasions. When contacting AmeriGas concerning the missed delivery, there is no explanation or reason given. It takes at least 2-3 days to get an emergency delivery. Very poor delivery and customer service.

We was very low on propane during the very cold weather, we could not get Ferrllgas to deliver. I called Amergas told them the problem and had propane the next day! Thank you!

I placed an order for a fill while my tank was at 40%, I waited until the final day of schedule and no one showed up, so I called, and was promised someone would come in the next 24 hours. Called the next day, and was promised the same thing. Still 48 hours later and no delivery, finally escalated it to the top to get a resolution. I was furious at being LIED to multiple times by people who don't even live in this nation.

I’ve been waiting weeks for a call back. I’ve emailed and tried calling with nothing in return. I will never use amerigas again. Please come get your tank.

The phn service sucked. Pain to get threw to a competent person. Couldn’t get straight answers and was lied to by the employee. Was told by law had to have a safety check. Which is a lie. Only new or out of gas service need this. Told me I had to be here for it missed work and no one did a safety inspection. Still charged for it. That was a lie to. I deserve a refund of that money. Everything that had to do with getting ahold of your customers reps. Was a pain. I give you a 0 out of 5 stars.

Yes the experience was like talking with family. They showed great concerns about my propane needs and the delivery was on time. I wish I would of signed on with Amerigas 5 years ago. Great company and great people

Absolutely Horrible. They charge up front, don't call back with the scheduled time, then when they are supposed to be there they don't even have your propane! I had to call 3 times and wait for 45 minutes each time to be lied to! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Impossible to get help on the phone
Twice I’ve had a defective tank. If I ever get a tank that works to replace the defective full one I’ll never use Amerigas again. They get a 0 for customer service.

This place is a joke! Call the (816) number and get someone across seas who cant speak English, and doesn't know what's going on with the company. Takes 3 weeks to get a refill on propane and that's if your lucky. Took a month for them to come pick up their tank after telling me that they had no appointments for pick ups. And now they are wanting me to pay for them to pick it up when they have not even filled it for the last 3 months I had it

I don’t leave reviews often but I’d hate for people to deal with what I have with this company. They will hoax you into becoming a customer with “special deals” only to discover there isnt any. Terrible customer service with people who dont even speak English. Don’t even bother calling. Worse experience Ive ever had and I’ve been with Verizon for 20 years so that says a lot.

Amerigas is very easy to work with, no problems scheduling delivery and give you ample time to make payment.
