This storage unit has absolutely exceptional customer service. They have locks at the office you can purchase , that aren’t over priced and are actually nice quality. I would recommend Attic Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Just rented a new storage unit there yesterday. Kirsten was very helpful showing us different sized units to make sure we got what we needed. The paperwork was a breeze and BEST of all they only do rate increases once a year!

Couldn’t be happier! The staff is so professional and helpful the check-in was quick and easy. The entire complex is well laid out and very well maintained. I rented a climate controlled unit. Easily accessible and spotless. I couldn’t be happier with this storage unit!

While I ultimately had to cancel my rental before moving items in due to access limitations for our moving company's semi truck, I can't say enough good things about the staff at this facility.
Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, helpful, and generous with their time - exactly the type of genuine Midwest hospitality that makes you feel valued as a customer.
The customer service was exceptional. Despite my situation not working out, the team remained professional and understanding throughout the entire process. The facility itself appears well-maintained and is in a great location.
I would absolutely consider renting here in the future if my needs align better with their setup. Sometimes things just don't work out logistically, but the quality of people and service you'll receive here is top-notch. Highly recommend based on my experience with their outstanding staff.

ATTIC STORAGE has always been my storage facility. Storage units in many different sizes, and they can accommodate you if you need climate control storage. The staff are so friendly the office seems to always be accessible. If not, they will return your call ASAP.
The units and property are clean, and the entrance is GATED, and the property is MONITORED.
Your belongings are safe and secure. Insurance is available for purchase for a nominal monthly fee and is very affordable.
