I’d give them a zero if it was possible. Customer is awful every time I speak to them

Everything everyone says about the poor customer service is true. The manager Jose does at the door and is ride and confrontational..... edit. I was reading the poor reviews out loud and Jose refused to bag my check

They deserve a ZERO!! The “receptionist” that meets you at the door as if they are going to be helpful but for some reason don’t answer phones. I let him know The ATM took my card and his response “you must have done something or it has a hold on it” well smart one I put it in and it kept it…that’s it and no there’s no holds or freezes on it as it’s my card but now it’s my problem alone and they don’t even offer any help and this will then be a charge on me because it’s through them but to a plasma center that this card is issued and they charge you. I asked so should I never use your atm since this stupidity is sure to happen again? I will assume yes.

The worst service I’ve experienced with a bank. Been trying to get a form for my business account for months so i can deposit 3rd party checks. Left multiple messages and when I do get someone they say they’re going to have someone call me back and they never do. I’ll be switching all my accounts to us bank where I at least get some form of service. They don’t even deserve 1 star

Great Experience!!! I recently went to an event focused on financial literacy for veterans. The guest speaker was a former Special Operator who as a civilian works for Bank of America in Liberty. I came in today to inquire about an account and they were slammed!!! That same speaker was in their lobby just moving and grooving controlling the room. Matt Beatty was awesome!!! This guy is a great representation of a veteran in action and a professional. He got all of us handled and I became a new client because ofMatt. Matt has been such a huge part of assisting me with my transition out of the military and into civilian life, he always checks on me and makes sure on a personal level that im doing ok with life in general, can't say enough.Thank you for your service brother in and out of uniform!!

If I could give them 0 stars for their customer service I would. I was told I was venomous because I easily pulled up on my phone a different branch location address that was what was being looked for in scheduling an appointment when the front desk representative rattled off 10 other locations that were not correct. I left and called the main BOA number and a wonderful CS rep easily helped me. I have significant assets in BOA, and if I had to rely on this location only I would pull all my accounts and take my business elsewhere. This is not the first time I experienced a terrible attitude from employees there, management you need to provide formal education to your team in order to improve their communication skills.

Operating hours are posted on the website for customer service, but when calling the bank, no one answers the phone to assistance or answering questions.

Today marked my 15 year anniversary with Bank of America. I went in to discuss one of my accounts, I spoke with Cole, who I have dealt with before, no issues. He was very condescending and not willing to help me with my issue. More or less said it is what it is. I have worked years in customer service, you don't speak down to loyal customers. That's a great way to lose them. This is not the first time I have been talked down to at this establishment. I got pre-approved for a loan when Terry, the mortgage consultant, was assisting me. I told him how much I wanted to put as a down payment, and he said, "If you were my son and if that was my money, I'd spend it this way." I understand your position is to advise people in money, however, it is not a good idea to treat them like they are inferior to you or be rude and condescending. It is no surprise that this bank has a 2 star rating. I hope you can find more competent employees who are more customer relationship oriented.

Why in the world are you guys still closed? If it's cuz someone got covid. Ok understandable but having this bank closed for this long has made it a huge inconvenience. Open your drive through, No contact what so ever. Last time I went to the bank i had to drive across town cuz you all where closed and it was so busy that the wait in the line was an hour. This is crazy. I go to the bank at least two times a month sometimes more and I need different bills then just $20 out of the ATM. I hate that you all took away the drive through. Sometimes I don't want to get out in the cold or don't want to have to get my kid out of the car. I understand drive through is not as personal but come on I just want to be able to get my money that I need and go and NOT have to drive across town to do it and wait an hour just to do a simple withdrawal. Open the drive through and people will come.

They will never answer the phone. Only open a few days a week, starting well after normal people are at work, and close well before anybody gets off. Moving all my accounts to a more customer friendly institution.

I love my bank. Bank of America in Liberty is amazing. From the moment you enter you are treated as family. Great customer service care. I have never had a bad visit. Of course depending on certain days you may have a little wait time. I rather have a little wait for the great smiling professional care I recieve. Thank you keep shinning BOA Liberty. ?

I never wrire reviews good or bad to be honest, this was an exception!!! Today i went into Bank of America in Liberty Mo. To inquire about opening a business account. I was greated at the door by a very upbeat gentleman in a suit, who introduced himself as Matt the Financial Center Manager. He began to ask what he could help me with, i let him know i was shopping around for a new bank that could handle my business, he immediately said, "Perfect your search is over!!" Which immediately made me laugh, he then stated his bankers were in appointments currently and because he valued my time wanted to present a few options, i could wait for about 15 to 20 mins or schedule an appointment. I opted to wait, in the ensuing 10 mins we engaged in conversation, during which time we became aware we were both combat veterans that shsred very similar experiences and backgrounds. I was ultimately able to meet with Matts Business specialist who was equally amazing. Matt was one of the most professional and personable bankers ive ever met, his personality and energy were amazing. He should be the voice of the Bank, whatever that would entail. I will be moving everything to thing branch because of Matthew .
