I usually go to the Bath and Body Works in Zona Rosa but they didn’t have something I needed so I went to the one in Liberty instead. There was hardly anyone in there and the store itself is really small, compared to the Zona Rosa location. It also doesn’t have the White Barn candle place attached to it either. We also weren’t greeted when we walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to help get my order for several minutes when women saw us standing there and no one ever said it would be just a minute or anything. Overall was kind of a let down. I’ll stick with the Zona Rosa location!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order to be shipped to store, 3 days later I go to pick it up, 4 items, and only 2 items in my order. Apparently, and the young lady explained to me it's commonplace, they sold part of my order to someone else after I already paid for my order, and explained that they would refund the difference. Needless to say I am not longer a customer of this company. Imagine buying movie tickets online , arriving at the theater for them to say that they sold them to someone else,and here's your money back in 3-5 days, that's normal!

Purchased a few wall plug-ins refills online and selected to pick them up in store. I get there, they hand me the bag and I noticed that the bag has oil leaking all over the bottom of the bag. Found which wall refill was leaking and ask for a different one. The cashier said she would need my DRIVERS LICENSE to exchange that 1 out. As if I left the store and came back. This all literally happened 20 seconds after her handing me my bag. So I told her she doesn’t need my DL to replace this broke one that THEY picked out and bagged up. Just simple swap it out a non leaking one.. she then proceeded to explain that THEY need my DL for an exchange.. So we went back and forth trying to explain this isn’t a situation where my DL is needed. I didn’t leave the damn store, you picked out and bagged my online purchase, I just need you to keep the broken one and give me a non broken one..Literally no common sense whatsoever…

Thank you for a wonderful experience! We went on December 23rd! It was quite busy! However, everything was in order! They were fully staffed! Lines were semi-long but moved quickly considering the abundance of people. Everything I wanted was in stock! Plus, it smelled lovely! Overall, a job well done! I will be back!

Very well put together store with nice seasonal options. The staff is VERY welcoming and helpful. Prices tend to be expensive and this place can be busy especially near holidays but that is something to expect with B&B.

The store was very busy and workers were busy doing restocking. When I asked a question about a previous kind of candle scent, the worker was short and even though answered was very much just getting back to her work. I left the store not making a purchase, and ordered online.

Ordered online so I could come in and pick up so I would not have to stand in line. Was told online that an associate could help me. I asked 2 associates if they would help me with an order for pickup. They told me I had to get in line along with all the people waiting to pay. Again I said I am here to pick up my order. I should not have to wait!!Cameron was one of the associates in which I talked to, while I was standing in line I watched her walking around doing nothing. Now understand there were 4 to 5 associates in the store along with 3 cashiers. Such poor customer service!I REALLY WANT TO TALK TO A MANAGER!!

I wish they would keep a larger selection of products in the store instead of only being able to order on line, and when there is a sale on products keep a larger amount of inventory on hand. It's frustrating making a trip to the store, just to find out it was sold out.

Was a really nice place, kind of on the pricey side but you do get some quality stuff. Although the different smells back to back did give me a slight headache, so if your sensitive to strong smells, pace yourselves.

This store is usually great with very friendly staff, I had an unfortunate visit recently though with a cashier being unable to scan one of my loyalty item barcodes for the discount and instead of asking for help, he automatically assumes it's been used and tells me so. More like he insisted and just moved on. Didn't bother to listen that I haven't been to the store in months and there's no possible way. I understand some people may try to get one by and double use coupons and points but I don't and to automatically assume that that is the reason you are unable to scan it is absolutely unacceptable.
