Had my dog with them since we lived in New Orleans and love how they treat my dog. They are caring and very professional and my dog enjoys going there and playing. The staff is absolutely amazing and attentive to all the dogs, the onsite grooming service is very helpful. They have monthly fun stuff they plan for the dogs and they are very affordable. My dog has made so many great and fun new friends with that he plays with all day and comes home tired and played out.So worth it ?

My dog has stayed here before with no problems, but the man who answered the phone (I believe the manager) had terrible customer service and was extremely condescending to me for being concerned about the respiratory illness going around and inquiring about how to keep my dog safe with those concerns. His idea of calming my worries and welcoming my dog and I back were NOT done without attitude and pretentiousness. I also have read the reviews on this page and the manager’s replies seem petty and unprofessional.

My pup LOVES Camp Bow Wow Liberty. I know I’ve made the best decision for Linus when I decided to take him there. The staff is courteous and professional. When I see Linus at play, I do see he’s getting the attention and the interaction with other dogs he needs to thrive and grow. And love from the staff.I have seen so many improvements with his demeanor and overall happiness. Thank you so much Camp Bow Wow Liberty.

Staff are very friendly. Love being able to check in on the camera to see how our pup is doing.... Always happy and playful when we check. Thanks for giving us peace of mind that our boy is in good hands when at Camp Bow Wow.

Our dog boards here 1 to 2 times a year and does well. He stays active all day, which is good for a 10 year old that has had TPLO surgery to both hind legs. He doesn't engage in play but has the opportunity to do so if he wants. This is the best place for him!

This facility is certainly top of the line and very impressive! It is very clean for the amount of dogs that come through each day. I toured the facility in order to gain some more knowledge about the boarding industry as a whole. When I graduate college, I would like to own one myself. The manager was a very kind lady who guided me through a tour and gave me lots of great information on how their operation works. However, when we first started the tour, she attempted to introduce me to the owner who wouldn’t even turn from his computer to look at me and say anything. Towards the end of the tour, he pulled her aside and told her she needed to stop giving me any information. Every other facility I have toured has been very helpful and welcoming until now. After reading other reviews for this business, it doesn’t seem like this is the first time the owner has been rude and unprofessional. I understand there is business competition in any industry, but in reality there is plenty in the boarding world to go around. Maybe if this owner would be more willing to work together with others in the industry, we could improve it as a whole. At the end of the day, animal care should be our top priority. This ended up being a negative experience for me but I truly did love the facility. Thank you to the wonderful manager who did what she could for me!

People are crazy if they expect a potty trained Dog to Hold their urine 12 hours .That’s going to be a Very Costly Vet Bill after bringing them Here !Avoid if you don’t want your Dog get a UTIIt’s recommended dogs not Hold urine 8 hours the LastestPuppy 6 hours !They don’t know this avoid them !

I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! We adopted our dog Daisy in 2020. We started taking her to Camp Bow Wow around August 2020 I think, and we absolutely love it! Daisy gets so excited when I tell her we're going to Camp. She has a blast, she gets to socialize with dogs, and she's not home alone all day. The staff adore her (and I'm grateful for it!).

Attention all pet owners! Beware of Camp Bow Wow Liberty. My cockapoo has gotten kennel cough twice after staying overnight there. On both occasions, we had to take him to Banfield Pet Hospital for treatment. Recently, we made a reservation for him to stay there again, but he couldn't do so without getting a Bordetella vaccine. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the vaccine and were charged a $50 non-cancellation fee. Please consider a different location for your beloved furry friend.

I called 2 weeks prior to our requested boarding dates and they seaid they had availability. I completed the the online profile and sent requested vax records that day but they had already filled the interview slots and are now refusing service.I understand you want customers to utilize the online registration process but I was without internet for a few hours. I called first and submitted all documents/registration within a few hours of calling only to lose our spot to someone who could access connectivity before me.It's frustrating and unfortunate that you would not offer any service or commitment without having the online registration completed at that exact moment. What a waste of time for someone interested in utilizing your service!

The owner Kirk Bettes is an extremely rude and unprofessional. Acts way too entitled and I'm surprised this place is still in business due to the way he treats customers. Yelled and screamed at me over the phone after I picked my dog up acting like a child and yelling at me. Do yourself and your pets a favor and take them to any other daycare or boarding facility. If you do your research on this facility you will see that I'm not the only customer who has had an interaction like this. Obviously Kirk does not care about repeat business or his clients or their animals. The rest of the staff are very professional and caring. Unfortunately, I'm sure they fear/hate working under this tyrant. A completely unacceptable way to treat people and/or run a business. What a shame. Hopefully someone buys his franchise out and turns Camp Bow Wow's name around for the good in Liberty.
