Used ATM in the “temporary drive thru” and it took a LONG time before giving card back. Then No Receipt! Went inside to learn that happens often (?!)… deposit is no showing in account & they said same thing happened last week & the check gets mailed back and we have to redeposit it.Really?! So we wait- what if we need that money to live on, buy groceries or pay bills!??Oh- guess that doesn’t matter to the bank?Next person in line behind us inside says same thing happened to her, but the machine returned her check.Hmmm… no effort to put an out of order sign up?Very disappointing- get equipment that works. Or stop pretending your temporary location can handle bank business during construction!!!!!!!!In the meantime I hope my mail arrives safely…Update- I called the location manager, Zach and found him to be courteous and helpful. He took time to consider ways I could receive the check back without it being sent in the mail. The ATM machine is still faulty and should be avoided at this location (in my opinion)… and I gave more stars, but still at 3 stars bcuz of the ATM, but Zach was 5 stars!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT BANK HERE. THEY CASHED A CHECK KNOWING I HAD NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THEN THE MANAGER THE CHINESE LADY GOT MAD AT ME AND TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK BECAUSE THEY MADE AN ERROR. THEN SENDS ME A LETTER HOME SAYING THEY WILL CALL THE COPS. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND GOT MAD AT ME. YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR MAIN BRANCH AND REPORTING THIS TWRRIBLE PLACE. THANKS

Very professional and welcoming teamwork of employees once I entered the bank. I felt very at home in the temporary space and the manager has done an outstanding job with his team!

Maxine Her is by far the worst unreasonable branch manager I've ever dealt with. Instead of understanding my confusion and trying to help me. She took it upon herself to have my Commerce account closed. Do not bank with these people, if you don't know their rules and regulations, surely make an honest mistake this bank does not care about it. They will kick you out in a heartbeat. Go somewhere else and bank. not everyone who comes to your bank MAXINE is trying to cheat the system. Sometimes mistakes happen.

Cash doesn’t get deposit in account for 3 days .Don’t use the card at the fuel pump they take 100 to hold .My other banks doesn’t do a hold of 100 or have a hold on my cash deposit at the ATM.Commerce Bank does this to make you overdrawn so you pay $37 Each item comes in.

I have been trying for literally 26 days to get someone to call me back about my deceased fathers account. Dropped off all the necessary paperwork and now.... Nothing. They do not care about their customers. I would avoid this bank.

Worse Bank!BewareThey’ll try stealing money and not put it in your Account .The ATM machine spits it out the Cash deposit after you almost leave and take your Card.It says finish u finish take your card 2 mins later money you put in comes out.
