It’s easy to navigate inside the store with wide aisles. This location has more selection as well. However there is always price mismatch when checking out. I did bring this up a few times, but it seems like it’s intentional.

The aisles are clearly marked and more than wide enough for 2 carts to pass. The store is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I was shopping with my mom and husband and went through Easton’s line to checkout. Upon entering the line, my husband ran to grab something he forgot and left my mom and I to checkout. Easton rings up our items, then asks if we have a phone number with them. I say no, but then my mom says that she does, so Easton very obviously annoyed has to click to go back a screen so he can input her number. She gives him the number, he doesn’t type it in correctly so my mom has to give it to him again. He sighs, again, obviously very annoyed at having to do this apparently very difficult part of his job, and finally gets the number correct. As I’m about to put my card in to pay, my husband returns and tosses the item onto the belt. I kinda awkwardly laugh, and apologize. I get it, I work in customer service. Easton had no issue making it very obvious how annoyed he was. Sighed very loudly and grabs the bag to ring it up, doesn’t even tell me the total just waits for me to put my card in. Never smiled or even made eye contact with us during the whole interaction. The lady behind us made a comment to him that he should smile more and he just goes “yeah well I get off in thirty minutes”. I work in customer service too so I completely understand his aggravation, but to not even try to hide his annoyance is unacceptable especially since I apologized. If the mere existence of customers and having to do your job is that big of an inconvenience and annoyance to Easton, he should consider getting a different job

The bakery staff doesn't get enough credit! I call for a cake with a theme, and it comes out perfect every time without me explaining, and reasonably priced. Thanks

Although I shop there quite often, I will be going elsewhere from now on. Went through the empty express checkout with 12 items tonight only to be informed cashier named CC, that it was 10 or less. 4 checkout lines were empty. Rude ,is the only word to describe CC

Bathrooms a mess and covered in poop plus when we called to ask about an item we left in a cart by accident the phone rang for a few minutes then ended with no answer twice.

When a customer is told by an employed person that his choice of food is the one on sale only to find out when customer gets to the register, PRICE CHOPPER AND THEIR AD LIED & its not on sale. Customer courtesy should've happened but it did not! CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

There's nothing chopped about the prices even with the rewards card. I know they really have no control over the prices thats why they got 3 stars. The staff is nice and talk majority of the time oh and unlike Huvee. The chicken strips are good sized, juicy and meaty for cheaper too.
