Today around 1:25 My oldest son went to to Cvs to get drinks for his track meet. One of the workers who happened to be a Caucasian lady. Going to tell my African American son that he can’t be in there because she don’t know if he is a good one or a bad one! I go up to the store and the manager Micala gave me a lame excuse to why one of her workers made a racist statement to my son. You can not say they not allowing students in CVS if there is no sign up saying that. Sound more like an excuse to back up your racist employee. And something needs to be done! We got to quit letting this stuff slide! Share please! They don’t think how our children feel in these situations but they about to find out! CVS Pharmacy I demand more be done!

Nasty pharmacist Mallory wouldn’t dispense my medication prescribed by my doctor. Poor and rude customer service at the pharmacy.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but what is happening is wrong and I can no longer support their business. I’ve already transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. This CVS in liberty Mo refused to fill a script that I need to go out of the country. When I go to Mexico I always get sick with parasites, I already have chronic Lyme disease. So I can’t risk getting any sicker with something else. I’ve already filled ivermect

CVS in Liberty has finally lost me as a customer. It seems that management has no pulse on what their customers want or need. #1 - we are FORCED to use self checkout which is a nightmare for those with more than a couple of products. If you request to be checked out by a cashier, they advise management wants them to push self checkout. #2 - we are FORCED to wear masks when there is no mask mandate by the county or state because of the management’s personal beliefs. If you are forcing us to wear masks, you might want to post the studies that cite lives are saved this way. There are none. You are definitely not following science. Therefore, I’m taking my business elsewhere. Based on my personal beliefs. This is a free country - I’m writing this review to make sure it stays that way.

Pharmacy customer service has lied to me, filled a partial prescription and told me to come back on July second and then told me I came back too soon. If I transfer my prescriptions and my wife’s out of your lousy pharmacy it will do nothing but delay me. The lady at the counter in the pharmacy was rude and told me they would be in Friday, no one even attempted to contact me so my time is wasted AND I lost time at work. It cost 100 dollars to have my doctor rewrite a presc

I had a terrible experience with an associate at the drive thru pharmacy. I pulled up and gave my info to get my script and told the person that I don't run it through insurance as that makes it $40 more expensive. Before I could even finish telling them that though, they shut the window so that was a little rude but I was willing to pass over it. Then, the person came back and told me the price, I asked if they ran it through my insurance and they said yes. I asked again that they not do that, as I have EVERY month for almost year now, and run it through CVS's discount program and the employee looked put out. They said that I would have to leave and come back in 20-30 minutes and when I asked why, they said (while using air quotes) that there were people in line before me. I was the next person in line at the drive thru and waited for my turn already. I questioned why I had to leave again as I've never had to leave and come back for the mistake to be fixed and all they said is that someone else had to take care of it and that it had to be completely reprocessed and approved. I told them I was confused by that because every time my insurance has had to be removed, the associate working has been able to fix it in just a few minutes without any approval or needing to reprocess the script. I was told to come back later and I told them I had another appointment and the response was "well we're open 24 hours so you can just come back" in a very snarky tone. I asked if I could wait in the drive thru lane and was told no, that I would need to come back later. So fine, I go with it and leave and less than 2 minutes later, I get a message telling me it's ready again. LESS THAN 2 MINUTES LATER. I literally could have gotten my script right there, when I needed it for the next day, in stead of now having to go again and waste the time and gas if two trips. The whole situation just seemed like there was a complete lack of effort put into assisting a customer and now I'm just frustrated and irritated.

Came here at 7:40 said it would be an hour. Waited an hour in the parking lot then pulled back in line. The woman in front of me decided to sit and wait for whatever reason for almost an hour and take multiple phone calls while I was stuck behind her because cars where behind me and I couldn’t get out. The second I get over to the other lane I tell them my info again they take 15 more min on top of the two hours I’ve already been here at this point to get the medicine and when I get home it’s powder and not liquid. So not only did I drive out of my way in the middle of the night to get medicine for my son but I also ended up there 2x longer than I should have and ended up with something I can’t even give him. To say I’m pissed is an understatement.

First off said it was going to be an hour wait so I waited in the parking lot then pulled back around to get in line. I was in the line for 40 min because apparently this person was having problems with a credit card and decided to take the phone call in the line.... so I finally get over to the other lane after being stuck behind that woman for almost an hour. Tell them the info again takes 15 min for them to get it I get home open it up to give to my sick 8 month old and it's f****** powder because they didn't even mix the liquid. Let's just say I could kill someone I drove an extra 15 min in the middle of the night to get his meds on a holiday because he needs them and now I can't even give them to him because the d*** asses at this pharmacy don't know how to do there job correctly. Someone needs to train their damn employees or shut this place down.

Went midday to pick up a script. There was one technician working the front counter w four ppl in front of me. When my turn came, as I was paying, all the computers crashed. Employee stated the crash has happened for some time now. After another long wait, she used the drive through terminal to finish my transaction. Employee was frustrated. I dont blame her but ever so professional and kind!

This pharmacy was so inefficiently run that I have to say that its by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. If you want to get your script in a timely manner, avoid this pharmacy! They had plenty of employees that could have rung customers up but they all looked at the long line that had formed and just ignored it. There was one cashier and she had to have just started today, I felt sorry for her because she could not get any co-workers to help her with questions that she had. It looked like they had 7 or so employees running around in complete chaos not working with each other to assist getting guests checked out. Except for the cashier, the employees I encountered were rude and not eager to help anyone find what they needed.
