Chloe and Dave went above and beyond in filling a couple of prescriptions for us this afternoon. We got a message stating they were ready to pick however, found one small issue when I got there.... They were filled at a different CVS only 200 miles away (long story). Both of these folks went above all expectations to fill them in Liberty for us before they closed for lunch. We aren't accustomed to this kind of service any more. It's very much appreciated. They both get Gold Stars for the day. Thanks again. Gary Benson

My doctor electronically sent my prescription to the pharmacy that I have used for over 10 years. I have the store app and I get text notifications of the status of my order. My complaint is that once the pharmacy received the script, I was never notified that it would be the next day before my prescription would be filled because they were out of stock. Good retail practice is to thoroughly communicate with customers if something will take longer than expected. A quick phone call would have allowed me to fill it somewhere else sooner. Because of the contagiousness of my untreated infection, I had to take a second day off of work. Next time, I will fill my prescriptions elsewhere. CVS has lost a loyal customer!

I've had a fair share of issues with this store. I work in Liberty but I live north of Kearney so I had a prescription sent to the Kearney CVS. And even after all day yesterday they couldn't get it ready for me when I was there. So I chose to come back the next day after work to pick it up as it should be ready and their doors are completely closed and the drive-thru. I called Liberty CVS to see if I could get it transferred and it could be ready as now I have to go back to where I just came from... And they did! I know things get busy as I work in healthcare as well but we deserve to feel like we can count on you as well to have our prescriptions done when you say they will be done. Tonight, Liberty store CVS pharmacy surprised me and I'm very grateful that they helped me out tonight, no wait. No nothing in and out in less than 5 minutes. And it took me about 10 minutes to get from Kearney back to Liberty. Thank you!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Worst customer service. Pharmacy manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. When spoke with store manager she told me to call corp and admitted pharmacy manager “that’s just the way she is”. No more from me. No patience for incompetency. Done with them.

It's impossible to get service at this pharmacy. They don't keep files correctly, they don't work with insurance correctly for cost, and you basically have to do their job for them. I truly wonder how many people are overpaying at this pharmacy. It's been such a hassle my doctors have pretty much forced me to switch pharmacies.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I'm an African American woman... This is the nearest cvs store to me, and I'm a loyal customer, and I participate in the paid memebership program. I've usually enjoyed the benefits. Unfortunately, I'm new to this area, and one employee in particular decided to follow me around the store as soon as I entered! Now, he does it every time that he works. I first noticed it when I had my child with me, and we were finishing out our covid quarantine (with the recommended public). He does not follow any other customer around. I've felt some anxiety behind this and unsafe... I am unhappy with this service, and I should not have to drive out of my way to another cvs especially since I've paid up my membership for the year!

One LANE is open!That is so Crazy !If a medicine is getting bagged or checked by the pharmacist they could be working the second line.Common sense went out of their heads!Get that Second lane BACK open it’s been 5 months.

After getting my notification that my son’s medication was ready and get there it was still not ready. Was told about 15 minute wait. Waited and for the notification that script was ready I was told to go back to the 7 person waiting line. I have been one in line on multiple occasions and the person waiting also was served first. Let’s be constant folks worth all we serve

Whoever made the decision to close the pharmacy at lunch for almost 2 hours has no customer service sensibilities. Some of us have busy lives in the evening and need to utilize the daytime to get our prescriptions. It's a pharmacy, but it's also a function of retail. You just can't shut down retail for a long stretch in the middle of the day, making the customer's needs secondary to your own.

My brother and I went to Cvs because he is sick and possibly might have covid so we went to get cough drops and a covid tester. The pharmacy was out of tests so he bought his cough drops at the pharmacy and we went back to the self checkout to get our drinks. He placed his already bought cough drops on the bag holder and it asked for a worker, some middle aged women with tacky earrings whom I'm guessing was a manager became passive aggressive immediately. She questioned if my brother actually bought the cough drops and was snarky/rude all throughout our interaction with her...like lady I get that Cvs has problems with the high schoolers stealing but In no way is it professional to automatically become a Karen when 2 younger people walk in...like save it for when people actually steal from your store ???. From seeing other negative reviews this isn't the first time someone has had a issue with Mrs.Karen, hopefully someone either humbles her or she gets fired!!

I went in for one thing Distilled Water not knowing where to look I was staring down the cashier didn't want to interrupt..she ignored me..so I started looking myself.walked all the way to the back of the store no one knew where it was an being on oxygen I couldn't walk the store again.. cashier finally came back an got it for me it was like a 10 min shopping for one thing

I always have a quality experience with CVS. The employees are kind and helpful when needed. The self check out and mobile pay are simple to understand and use. Parking lot is clean and spacious. Product selection is exceptional as well.
