This location in liberty missouri used to be top notch for their pharmacy. But ever since they started closing other locations in the area.This one has gone Downhill.The employees don't seem to care when there are people lined up.They still stand around gossiping holding personal conversations right in front of paying customers. I.
Know this will be seen online and they have.My name is pastime management does something about this. I've even noticed employees eating in the prescription fill area.

I've always had fine experiences in the drive thru, but i was required to go inside this last time, to use a Good R X coupon. They were rude and shuffled me back and forth between counters, to pick up a prescription that had been ready for 2 days, even after i told them i just had surgery on a kidney the day before. They kept moving me between counters, waiting in lines each time, and not explaining anything. I was in pain and completely frustrated by the time i left, at least 20 minutes later.

Outstanding customer service! The staff member who assisted me was kind, friendly, and understanding, and she kept a smile on her face the entire time. This was my first visit to this location, and I love that they’re open 24 hours! Thank you CVS team, for your exceptional care and support!

Fire your IT Design team and/or you programmers. Get someone in there that actually can turn out software without bugs. I entered the coupon ($50) for a prescription, imagine my surprise (not!) when I get to the drive thru only to find out the software doesn't transfer the info to the pharmacy. Only the latest in a long line of issues with your software. Not that anyone in your Corporate cares about the customers.

The medication I am taking tried to make me pay $90, but the pharmacist working there let me know of a way to get out of paying it. Some if not most would’ve just made me pay it without letting me know. Very helpful, thank you!!!

You get a text that’s it’s ready. You go there and it’s not. Happens REPEATEDLY. This CVS doesn’t start completing your prescription until you’ve been through the line one time. And even then when you come back it may not be done. It’s such a delay and frustration, this pharmacy might actually be a public health detriment.
