From coming to Jennifer Kings agency to this simce she retired has been frustrating. Multiple times I have said send me emails on various things only to never get them. Im not sure what the issue is but its getting old quickly.

I haven’t had a policy with this office in over a year. I received a call from someone at this office, offering to email me a discounted quote from over a year ago. I politely told her that I’ve since bought a different car and that information is now out of date, but I’m set, thanks anyway. She just snorted and said “okay” and hung up. With that kind of professionalism no wonder they have to call old clients to try to drum up business

This is the most hideous and greedy insurance agency you can ever deal with. They quote you lower price to lure you in to getting their business and then once you are trapped in, they overcharge for their baseless services. DONT BUY ALLSTATE

Very frustrated with the lack of customer service I have received from the assistants with this agent. They have canceled my insurance twice unbeknownst to me cause they mailed the cancellation to my old address. The second time it was canceled was because, get this “the person that dropped the ball on your account was fired.” How unprofessional to even say that. I was promised a call back almost a week ago. I have called twice since and STILL haven’t been able to speak to someone to get it resolved. Constant failed promises of a call back. Find another agent! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great service from Alicia Allan, she called today to update me on my rates and provided options for the best coverage. Yes, rate increases are expected once in a while but I appreciated the call and options for the best coverage for my budget. 5 star service!

+1 Star for good homeowners rate and cool ads-1 Star for waiting 7 hours to respond to my cancellation request-1 Star for bad/terrible auto rates-1 Star for an awful claims experience with a goofball adjuster-1 Star for awful customer service: I asked to speak with Mr. Starns and he never called. Jodi was apparently out today and I guess the office simply shuts down when that happens because the Agent won't step up. The call center is a complete joke and today dropped my call five times before I spoke with a guy who said "hello". Real professional, lolIf you decide on Allstate, find a more responsive agent and "less busy" staff.
