I would not recommend this place at all. I took my car there many years ago for a minor issue they told me I needed thousands of dollars for additional things i needed replace or fixed. I didnt do any of those things and the car ran fine for many years later till I traded it in. Recently my son needed his brakes fixed I TOLD HIM NOT TO GO TO FIRESTONE. I recommend the garage that I go to which is also in liberty. However he went to firestone because they could get him in sooner he bought his own breaks at O'Reilly's they told him the price he could only get the driver side done he paid them 350.00 for the labor in cash and of course wasn't given a receipt and he didn't ask for one this was his second mistake. I brought the car this week to my mechanic to get the other brake done which I was told all the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and there was no way the drivers side brake was new or had been Recently replaced. he gave me all the old parts in a box. So firestone saw my son coming a mile away. I told him this is a lesson one to never go there like I said never pay in cash and always always get a receipt. Because you can't trust people out there.

When I walked thru the door, they were already closed. I didn’t know however, as my maps said it was still open. Jake and Chris are amazing, they helped me and got my car back up for me to drive back home out of state in less than 24 hours for the holidays. Thank you, and I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

I have relocated my business from Barry Road to Liberty due to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They are attentive to customer needs and demonstrate a genuine desire to assist. The only inconvenience is the limited parking space. Despite this minor issue, I will continue to return for all my alignment and tire requirements. I highly recommend these individuals and believe they deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

I have called and have had appointments at this store. Every time I call or go in the manager is rude. He won't even greet you. I'm not an impatient person, but a courteous greeting would be acceptable. I had an inspection done and minor work.

This is my second time at this location, as I have been to many locations in town and they are always so nice and attentive. They are very busy but ensure they are communicating with customers regarding how long things will take and if they need to reschedule. I will come back to this Firestone location in the future! Thank you again guys!

Wouldn't change a set of trailer tires. Unbelievable. Told them they were vere bad and I was traveling. They said if they were removed they could do it. Can't do that cause I'm traveling and refused to help me out on a holiday weekend. Alot more can go wrong jacking a car up than a trailer. Unbelievable

Took out the warranty on the tires, had a nail in a tire, still got charged $50.00 to fix it. I voiced my concern and got a "too bad I guess you can come up here and put the tire on yourself if you are not happy" then...Then when I said I can't pick up the car until tomorrow..I was simply hung up on...Unbelievable...Over the last decade I have easily spent 15-20K servicing my families fleet of cars there.. **update**the manager did reach out to address the above which was appreciated, it does mean something to have your voice heard, it doesn't change the fact that it happened, it does mean I will consider giving them another shot.
