Full service grocery store with decent attached restaurant. Frequent bargains and good fuel saver points system.

The floral department is fantastic. My aunt is in Memory Care and when I visit Liberty, I always stop by there to get her flowers; they are always so nice and friendly. I brought a vase from her home that I was going to just stick some flowers in, but they actually washed the vase for me , took the flowers out of the package, arranged them and put them in the vase. It was all very kind.

A couple problems this time so I feel someone needs to know about them. I ordered on line for pick up this am and don’t know how I ended up with two large loaves of white bread for about $10.00. I ordered 1 sourdough at about $3.99! Tonight I opened the turkey sub I had ordered and the roll was hard. It outdated yesterday. Not quite sure who to contact but hope this is read. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maybe just an off night for someone?

In a time where customer service is hit or miss, go see Ruby. We arrived at 10:30 at night after a long day of moving. Ruby was kind and helpful, even though she undoubtedly was at the end of her shift for the day. We will go back to see Ruby.

I've been dealing with identity theft and a family situation where my aunt and uncle are stealing from local businesses and putting my name on the business and then impersonating me using men they hired to look like me and that they have been using overseas to try to steal from accounts I set up in the 90's from advertising that came up from being a action child film actor. I have been glad to say that Hy-Vee is helping to take down that corruption and helping hard working Americans stop corruption they work hard to avoid!

I really like self checkouts after a long day of work. Its nice being able to bag my groceries the way I want, not hold up a line, and not have to talk any more than I already did at work. I wont be back

This place has everything! The spacing of the aisles and other areas is roomy. Customer service is wonderful. You can tell Hy-Vee cares about its customers.
