The current ownership is very professional and provides great service, being friendly, helpful, and addressing issues promptly. The property is well-maintained. Pricing and locker sizes are the best in the area by a long shot, with prices better than the competition. The management maintains open communication and resolves all issues. The facility has experienced different managers over the years, with the current team receiving consistent praise for their efforts, good attitude, and quality customer service. While no building is immune to adverse events like theft or damage, the management is supportive during such difficult situations. Long-term tenants recommend the facility and support its operations. They advise potential renters to insure their belongings, document their items, and be good renters by keeping areas tidy.
