I've only been an OTF member for a few months, but I'm hooked! The staff members are helpful and nice. The coaches are friendly and motivating. The workouts are challenging, high energy, and fun. The members are at varying ages and fitness levels, and I've already met some amazing friends. I'm so thankful that I joined!

I’ve had a ball with my workouts at the Liberty Orange Theory! Workouts are awesome with a good mix of sing a long music (if the workout allows). Coaches are fun, helpful, encouraging and a great resource! Really love it!

I have been a member at OTF for about 2 years. Most of my time has been at the downtown location in Kansas City, but i recently moved to Liberty and decided to try the Liberty location to save me on driving time. Many friends and family of mine that are members of OTF have shared with me to stay away from the Liberty location due to the staff being unprofessional, and that they pick favorites. I decided to give it a try and my second time at this location I had booked a class for 12pm. When I arrived in the parking lot at 11:54 it was almost impossible to find a parking spot and I had to park far away and ended up walking into the studio at 12:06. When I walked in the lady at the front desk said “oh, it’s past our 5 minute mark so I won’t be able to let you in.” As i look at the white board and see at least 7 open spots. I was stunned as my 2 years of being a member I have never been turned away. I told the lady I was having a hard time finding a parking spot and she proceeding to say “yes it’s busy around this time.” I walked out feeling so defeated. As being a member for a while I know OTF policy’s and expectations. I understand that each studio has their own rules as well. Being new to the Liberty location it would have been nice if I could have gotten a warning of some sort, letting me know how strict they are. I would of been accepting of that, but just kicking me out for being one minute late blew my mind. Then later that day I get a 12$ charge to my account. This experience has well ended my time at Orange Theory. This membership is not cheap and getting kicked out for being one minutes past the cut off time I decided to cancel my membership. I would like to say the coaches at this location are great. The staff on the other hand is very unprofessional and I suggest management make some serious changes.

I have been a founding member at orange theory downtown Kansas City for 2 years. Love the culture, coaches, desk staff, workouts, management and owners. My fiancé and I just purchased a home in the northland recently and due to the drive thought since liberty orange theory was so much closer it would make the most sense to try it out and ultimately switch. Went with my fiancé last week and had a normal experience coach was cool and very welcoming and we enjoyed our normal workout routine. The next day we decided due to timing to workout at noon arrived to the parking lot at 11:54 to get ready to workout. Due to the location being surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants it took 10-12 minutes to park. Finally got to the door at 12:06 and was treated not with a hi, or what station would you like to start at per the standard greeting. We were met with a rude “Karen personality” who happily stated “our policy is 5 minute late you’re not allowed to come in sorry” which I said we couldn’t find a spot and she agreed it’s busy this time of day sorry with an odd grin as if it made her day. I chose to leave without entertaining the outrageous use of a policy to a seemingly new member that was 1 minute late to a class that was half full. I then called my gym at downtown who was shocked and outraged at the terrible customer service shown and I let them know I will be canceling my membership to orange theory after 2 years due to the liberty location having no customer service or understanding to the crazy parking. Now they are attempting to charge 12$ on top of it just to further solidify my decision. Now I’m a new founder at Hotworx in liberty and have loved the staff and ownership since the day I was rudely escorted out and stumbled into their gym to try it out. Avoid this orange theory, Downtown kc is much better in every aspect.

Being thankful not only shows good manners, but a simple expression of thankfulness can go a long way in relationships and communication with others. It not only enhances our own lives, but makes other people feel appreciated,
