First of all, the people there did not say anything when I walked in. The presumed manager was reading a book at one of the tables. There were people standing around behind the bar at times, not doing anything. An order was taken from the pickup section and given to a drive through customer. Three people were waiting for pickup orders, including myself. The man before me’s order was disjointed and disorganized. My order was over ten minutes late and made incorrectly. Another man asked for a smaller bag and the woman behind the bar refused to give him one. Someone else grabbed a straw from behind the bar for her drink and was reprimanded by the same woman. No one was available to ask for a straw. The employees did not make eye contact with any of the guests.This Starbucks used to upstanding. I am so disappointed. I don’t know if they were short staffed, or what other reason there could be. The employees were clearly behind and struggling while their “manager” read her book and left them to fail.Clearly something has changed since I’ve visited this Starbucks where the employees used to welcome every person with greetings at once upon arrival and completed drinks with care.

This is the second morning in the past month I have gotten a chai latte, with no chai in it.I order it with a double shot, so my drink is literally water, milk and a double shot ??

I recently got the Lavender Oatmilk Latte. And let me tell you, it was great- absolutely heavenly! Also, the staff is very nice as well. :)

Ordered a trenta salted caramel cold brew cold foam. Instead I received a plain trenta cold brew cold foam with ABSOLUTELY nothing in it !! Just the cold brew! I didn’t know this until I was almost to work or else I would have turned around. I frequent this establishment quite a bit and one would think the staff would know what I wanted as the 2 young women that were working the drive through last night have been there for quite sometime! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!

The pre-packaged "health food" is seriously lacking. The wait is always excessive which amazes me because they always have a line of staff members. But, the Refreshers are always so dang good.

Poor quality and resolution options. I visited this Starbucks today and was disappointed with both drinks ordered. I got them for myself and to deliver to a friend at work. One was a white mocha frappe and the other was a caramel crunch frappe. Both had a strong gingerbread flavor. I didn't discover the problem until I had delivered while on break. I called the store and the guy that answered the phone seemingly didn't care much about service and pretty much dismissed everything as making the wrong drink. The only option for resolution was to bring back and get new. The drinks we ordered were completely different and really should have been made correctly in the beginning. I believe their cleaning processes are lacking and they are not cleaning/sanitizing in between orders. Drinks the primary product of Starbucks they should be correct and consistent. Furthermore, the options for resolving also need some work. Me going out of my way to drive back to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix an issue which should have never happened is very poor service. They need to do a better job

Sat in drive through over 30 min this morning. Had to drive off or be late for work. Other times the line moves better. The coffee is ok, I don't always get the extra shot of expresso in my coffee that I asked and paid for. Shame on them.

Always like getting coffee here with the fast and friendly staff. I've never had a problem with any of Starbucks. It can get busy sometimes, but if your patient and not in a hurry. Then it's not an issue.
