I usually have a pleasant shopping experience at this store. They acknowledge my presence, asking if I need any help and then let me shop. I feel comfortable trying on make up and looking at all they have to offer without feeling like I’m being watched.

I went to ulta beauty to get a coil perm my first clue should of been the stylist didn't know what a coil perm was. She gave me the perm without cutting my hair before she said she would cut it after I asked her but she thought it didn't need trimmed. I went home the next day and it was already falling out hadn't even washed it. Call her the next day to make an appointment because I thought getting a trim would maybe bring the bounce back in the perm. So I went back in on Saturday and she proceeded to cut my hair I told her I kind of wanted it layered to bring the perm back in So then she cut all my perm off. I paid $107 for the most worst perm and haircut I've ever had in my whole entire life and I'm 62 years old. I was so disappointed and I hate my hair. Will never go there again my first sign should have been the girl had only been there for 3 weeks at the job but I expected to get a good perm and haircut cuz she told me she works at Paul Mitchell School didn't happen this was in Liberty Missouri will never return there again the worst haircut and perm I've ever had my advice would be not to go there

the manager (i think? guy with great beard and perfect skin, literally glowing) was so helpful. i had a million questions and he was so kind and answered all of them. i purchased both lipsticks he recommended and they are my new favorites. thank you!

Last night I went to Ulta in Liberty to look for perfume. A worker named Julie helped me find not one BUT TWO great perfumes. She was amazing. She was so helpful, informative and kind when it came to helping me find the perfect perfume that suits me best and my pH!! We had a great time laughing and literally learning about perfumes. This FIVE STAR IS ALL FOR YOU JULIE! You’re so kind, sweet, beautiful and just all around a great person!!

I came in the first time for a cut and color with Lacey. She such an amazing job and kept things realistic for me which I really appreciated. I was going from blonde to a light/medium brown and Lacey let me know if I went too dark to start that it would look muddy so we went with a light brown. She added layers to give it some shape and I got so many compliments. Now she did it again going a shade darker and I cannot wait to go out, go to work just for the compliments.

this was my first time coming to ulta’s salon. i’m honestly so unsatisfied and upset. i can’t believe they were wanting me to pay $130 for this. it’s more orange then before. definitely don’t recommend. my stylist was very nice but obviously a waste of time…
