I came in needing some insight on full coverage makeup for my darker skin. There was no person on the floor of color that I could comfortably approach black, Indian or Hispanic. The few associates they had tried to help me as best as they could though. Shout out to them, they were really sweet. But Ulta it’s 2023 we need all types of representation on the floor please.

Lacy is amazing! She did a blow out for me. My family and I were taking family pictures and I needed my hair to look good. I cannot style my hair very well so I went to Ulta to get my hair done. Lacy was my stylist and she did the best job! I loved my hair!!!!

Despite my daily neglect from caffeine, rage, and metal music. Skylar always keeps my skin looking pretty and youthful. She has been the greatest aesthetician I've had in awhile.

I had my doubts.. I wasn’t impressed with the way the phone was answered when I called to talked to my stylist(monotone, unprofessional, hung up on me, just not a happy employee) so when I walked in today I didn’t have high hopes.. BUT Chelsea is amazing with the eye brows!! 5 stars and then I had a hair appt with lily and I had my doubts has she began to color my hair… but it went from blonde to AMAZING!!! My husband couldn’t stop looking at me!!!! He even said he was “impressed” (that’s hard to do when it comes to hair because he’s bold!?) I’m am definitely done shopping for a stylist and eye brow person!!! These two are my go to!!!!!

This was my first appointment with Lacey at this salon. Im not easily impressed but this girl knocked it out of the park! She brings a lot of experience to the chair and is always willing to go the extra mile. She is really down to earth and not afraid to give you great ideas that align with your goals and budget.

At least I felt comfortable here, and the ladies were not judgmental or snobby. African American shopper. Better than most in New Mexico.

If your brows need some love, go see Chelsea at the brow bar!! Firstly, she is very knowledgeable, her confidence put me at ease. I’ve never felt rushed & she always explains what she’s doing while doing it, which is really nice. Of course, answers any questions along the way. She’s very personable & that always makes the appointment enjoyable. She’s also made some great product recommendations & she makes my brows look bomb!! She won’t disappoint. A+

Drop what you're doing, and BOOK WITH LILY! She's been doing my hair since January and has never disappointed. In March she got me from completely purple (for 2+ years) to completely teal. In one sitting. ?Now we've decided to have some fun with it! She is a genius with color! She refreshed my roots and added in ? rainbow? money pieces that melts into a ?rainbow? halo! ?She is super talented and super sweet! Book her while you can before her books fill up!

Ulta is the one-stop-shop for beauty, self-care and haircare products. The prices are higher on the drugstore items by a smidgen, but there usually is a coupon available, AND there is the option to buy 2 products get one free *most* occasions. If you are not a member of the rewards program, you should sign up. It is free! You accumulate points as you make purchases. The more you spend, the better perks you get as you advance through the tiered system. Regardless of your status in the program, you will always have a birthday freebie!I love Ulta because it carries so many cruelty free brands and luxury haircare tools including the Dyson airwrap, the DryBar one step blow dryer, etc. I have learned a lot about skincare over the years so I've had a great time testing products out that I see for sale at Ulta.I really appreciate how I don't feel judged when I come shop in sweats, a messy bun and glasses. There is always someone willing to help.

I had placed an order for pick up through the Ulta app and turns one of the products was actually out of stock but the app said it was in stock. Nathan and Delaney helped me figure out what happened and they were so patient and kind as they helped me find a solution for getting my product. They were super apologetic about the app but I knew it was out of their control. The staff at this location are so nice!!

Nikki (the blonde beauty) went in the back and dug through boxes just to find the exact product I needed. She was so helpful. Highly recommend coming to this Ulta!

I have never been so passionate to negatively review something. In particular about an individual who can single-handedly, create a low dive in sales when it comes to their customer service. I was greeted at the door and asked the question "where the bathroom was" and "where I should sit to get my brows done" and the person at the front (a female with long blonde hair/false lashes) ....She literally stared at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I was asking her questions and not even answering them. like I was beneath her something . If I'm being honest, it's probably because I had an allergic reaction before my appointment and I believe I didn't look up to her beauty standards. That's how I felt at least. The brow experience was fantastic so I'm not gonna say anything bad about that... but when I was going to pay, she taps the screen with her long nails aggressively instead of telling me to put my card into the machine. I literally felt so uncomfortable and it angered me that someone would be that hateful as the front store person. I hope to God that this gets read and whoever she is -she moves to the back or something because it really was a bad representation of the store that I've loved to use for 10+ years.
