So we paid almost 50 dollars to ship something, and wrapped our package in brown paper so all old shipping labels would be covered. Not one of the employees there said anything about brown paper being an issue in the shipping process. Apparently the paper was ripped off and the item shipped back to us instead of to the destination we paid for. They refused to refund us or print another label at no cost, starting it was our fault not theirs. Don't use UPS. They obviously don't care about their customers or doing their jobs with integrity.

Amazing service! The manager is always so professional, and cordial. The facility so clean even on a rainy day! Also I have been here in a supper busy day and they are fast, the crew very respectful. Kiddos for this UPS Facility.
